Przepiękny hotel, umieszczony nad samym oceanem praktycznie . Czysto, schludnie, przemiła obsługa, wystrój hotelu niesamowity, po środku oczko wodne, ogrom roślinności, ruchomy panel z przesuwającymi się kanapami. Błyskawiczne windy ( nie czekaliśmy dłużej niż 1 minuta na windę). Pokój superior piękny ale wymagalby drobnych renowacji ( odmalowanie drzwi łazienkowych, łóżko trochę skrzypiało).

Swietny hotel w bardzo urokliwej miejscowości. Obsługa bardzo miła, uśmiechnięta, gdziekolwiek wchodzisz słychać „OLA” z ogromem uśmiechów. Jedzenie bardzo dobre choć śniadania faktycznie są dla Brytyjczyków. Ale myślę że każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Kolację tematyczne np włoskie, meksykańskie i hiszpańskie. Codzienne wieczorne animacje z muzyką na żywo. Pokoje czyściutkie a największym atutem jest to że każdy pokój jest z widokiem na ocean. Plaża obok hotelu malutka ale 3 minutki piechotą jest ogromna piaskowa strzeżona plaża przy promenadzie z licznymi kawiarniami. Kolejny atut to bliskość lotniska, jedzie się jakieś 20 minut. Świetna, wręcz rewelacyjna lokalizacja w centrum miasteczka turystycznego i jednocześnie przy samym Oceanie. Bardzo fajny układ hotelu, wszystkie pokoje z dużymi balkonami z widokiem na Atlantyk. Taxi, komunikacja publiczna - wszystko zaraz obok hotelu. Jedzenie - rewelacja. Drinki i mocne alkohole również. Gorąco polecam !

Hotel umiejscowiony w bliskiej odległości od lotniska, dzięki czemu transfer był szybki i przyjemny, co w podróży z dzieckiem jest ogromnym plusem. Bliskość oceanu, połączona z pięknym widokiem z balkonu oraz dobrym standardem pokoju tworzyła niezapomniane wrażenia wizualne. Zauważalna była duża dbałość o czystość, na zewnątrz obiektu, w lobby oraz w pokojach. Ogromnym plusem hotelu są jego pracownicy, którzy zapewniają doskonalą, przyjazną atmosferę; szczególnie było to uwidocznione podczas pobytu w restauracji. Jedzenie było bardzo urozmaicone, dostosowane do różnych gustów gości, podczas tygodniowego pobytu można było codziennie jeść coś innego (prócz śniadań, które cechowały się powtarzalnością i brak dostępności różnych warzyw). Zdecydowaliśmy się na podróż zagraniczną, z uwagi na uprawiany w Polsce „parawaning ”, niestety tutaj zauważalna była walka o leżaki od samego świtu (i to nie byli Polacy :) ) Bardzo udany pobyt, bez dwóch zdań poleciłbym obiekt znajomym.

Hotel bardzo dobrze położny tuż przy małej skromnej plaży, a większa plaża to 3 minutki spaceru. Obsługa hotelu przemiła, pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Jedzenie pyszne jest w czym wybierać chociaż faktycznie robione pod Brytyjczyków, obsługa restauracji uśmiechnięta i bardzo miła. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie i bardzo czyste. Jedyny minus hotelu to słona woda w basenach po kąpieli w ocenie fajnie by było zanurzyć się w normalnej wodzie w jednym z basenów woda podgrzewana. Co wieczór organizowane przeróżne atrakcje w hotelowym lobby, które jest super zaaranżowane.

Hotel świetnie położony, blisko plaży, roślinność w środku robi wrażenie. Śniadania i kolacje ok, ale obiad i przekąski takie sobie. Spotkaliśmy dwa karaluchy, jednego w pokoju, jednego wśród filiżanek w restauracji. Obsluga bardzo miła. Podsumowując cały wyjazd można powiedzieć tylko, że to bardzo słaby stosunek ceny do jakości. Gdyby wycieczka była tańsza, to jak najbardziej do polecenia.

Cudowne miejsce, byliśmy tutaj po raz trzeci, corocznie od 2022 r. Zauroczyłam się tym miejscem, dlatego chciałam tutaj wrócić. Hotel położony nad samym oceanem, do którego dostęp był na wyciągnięcie ręki- wystarczyło przejść przez furtkę, oddzielającą ogrodzenie hotelu od deptaku przy oceanie. Zapierający dech w piersiach niesamowity widok bezmiaru oceanu jest nie do przecenienia. Mogłam na niego patrzeć, budząc się rano w hotelowym łóżku. Atmosfera w hotelu sprzyjała odpoczynkowi. Przestrzeń hotelowa jest tak zaprojektowana, aby mimo sporej liczby gości(ponad pięćset osób), każdy miał miejsce dla siebie. Gustownie urządzone lobby, w którym spędzałam czas z książką a wieczorem występy artystyczne( pokazy iluzjonistyczne, występy muzyków) sprzyjały wartościowemu spędzaniu wolnego czasu. Wyżywienie było bardzo urozmaicone, kuchnia z daniami lokalnymi i ogólnonarodowymi. Każdy mógł wybrać swoje ulubione dania i zakosztować nowych smaków, w tym kuchni kanaryjskiej. Przemili kelnerzy i kelnerki zawsze próbujący nawiązać kontakt z gościem w jego języku. To naprawdę sprawiało wrażenie życzliwości i serdeczności ludzkiej, tak bardzo potrzebnej w dzisiejszym świecie. Basen z podgrzewaną słoną wodą pozwolił na oddanie się przyjemności pływania. Nigdy wcześniej nie pływałam z taką lekkością, jak tutaj, nie męcząc się prawie wcale. Ratownik wykazywał się profesjonalizmem, perfekcyjnie wykonywał swoją pracę (leżaki układał "perfect line"- w perfekcyjną linię, jak sam mówił:). Dbał o bezpieczeństwo gości, interesując się tym, co robią ludzie korzystający z basenów. To bardzo ważne, gdyż czułam się po prostu bezpiecznie. Zarówno pokoje hotelowe, jak i cała przestrzeń dla gości była codziennie sprzątana. Zapamiętam sobie ten cudowny zapach czystości- perfum, roztaczający się w okolicach łazienek w lobby (cudo dla zmysłów:). Dwutygodniowy pobyt w hotelu był cudownym czasem spędzonym z rodziną. Nie mogę się doczekać, kiedy przyjedziemy tutaj czwarty raz. Przyjedziemy na pewno!

Położenie hotelu rewelacyjne. Wszystkie pokoje z widokiem na ocean, jedynie co to Polacy są umieszczani w pokojach na końcu hotelu. W hotelu przebywają głównie Niemcy i Anglicy, duża spora gości w wieku 60+. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, jeżeli ktoś narzeka, że mały wybór, to nie wiem co można jeszcze podać na śniadanie czy inny posiłek. Faktem jest, że na śniadanie dużo potraw przygotowanych pod gości z Anglii. Zawsze jednak był wybór czegoś innego, czy to wędlin, serów czy śniadania na słodko. Obiady i kolacje zróżnicowane, mięsa, ryby czy owoce morza. Do tego gotowe sałatki lub można było samemu skomponować ze składników, które się lubi. Basen z podgrzewaną wodą rewelacja, tym bardziej, że byliśmy w czasie gdy ocean był lodowaty. Brakuje jedynie muzyki na basenie. Ale cóż nie wszystko można mieć. Obsługa hotelu uprzejma, miła. Potrafią trochę słówek w każdym języku. Okolica gwarna, pełna butików i restauracji. Czuliśmy się tam jednak bezpiecznie. Wzdłuż oceanu piękna promenada, która ciągnie się kilometrami. Hotel ładny, posiadający duże baseny, jedzenie smaczne i urozmaicone, pokoje codziennie sprzątane i czyste. Niestety w ofercie brak informacji o konieczności noszenia przez mężczyzn na kolacji długich spodni i pełnych b boutow, bez nich osoby nie były wpuszczane ma stołówkę. Jeśli chodzi o bar to wieczorem otwarty był tylko jeden , kolejki, pewnie dlatego , że ilość drinków za jednym razem ograniczano do 2 na osobę. Ogólnie jednak hotel godny polecenia.

Jedzenie urozmaicone, a także kolacje tematyczne z daniami regionalnymi. W opcji all inclusive oprócz posiłków w restauracji głównej - możliwość skorzystania z przekąsek, napojów i alkoholi w barach przy basenie oraz w barze hotelowym wieczorem. Wifi na terenie hotelu i w pokoju działa bez zarzutu. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła, pomocna i pracująca z pełnym zaangażowaniem.
