Hotel z przyjazną i pomocną obsługą. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko lotniska transfer 20 min, blisko do plaży i promenady 5 min. Niedaleko przystanek autobusowy. Szeroki wybór jedzenia, więc każdy mógł wybrać coś dla siebie. Najważniejsze dla dzieci zawsze można znaleźć pizzę i makaron. Pokój czysty, przestronny wygodny z tarasem. Wieczorne animacje - ciekawe, tematyczne, super grupa animatorów. 4 baseny zawsze można było znaleźć wolne leżaki. Hotel jest eco-friendly np. fajny pomysł używania wielorazowych, plastikowych kubków do napoi i drinków w strefie basenów i w restauracji napoje dla dzieci też serwowane w tych kubkach - na duży plus.

Komfort jaki zapewniał hotel był niesamowity. Porządek, możliwość decydowania jak często chcemy aby nasze pokoje były sprzątane, jedzenie bardzo smaczne i świeże. Roślinność na terenie hotelu bardzo zadbana przez ekipę ogrodników. Duży wybór potraw, również lokalnych, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Obsługa zawsze uśmiechnięta i pomocna, co tworzyło bardzo przyjazną atmosferę. Największym atutem hotelu była oferta animacji i podział na strefy tylko dla dorosłych. Animacje na bardzo wysokim poziomie, ekipa złożona z profesjonalnych tancerzy, muzyków, aktorów. Koncerty na żywo, zajęcia sportowe w tym wspaniała joga na plaży, występy akrobatów, a to tylko część z tego co hotel miał w swojej ofercie. Raz w tygodniu organizowany był wieczór hiszpański co pozwoliło poczuć prawdziwy klimat tego miejsca i zaangażowało wszystkich uczestników w świetną zabawę. Ponadto, lokalizacja hotelu jest świetną bazą wypadową do zwiedzania wyspy. Na miejscu mieliśmy dostęp do wszystkich potrzebnych rzeczy, z możliwością wypożyczenia samochodu, ręczników basenowych, itp. W porównaniu z innymi hotelami 4* w podobnych miejscach, ten zasługuje na wyróżnienie a nawet połowę gwiazdki więcej!

Hotel bardzo dobrze położony - blisko plazy i tej mniej hałaśliwej części miasteczka. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo dobrze pomyślany rozdział bufetu na osobną część dla rodzin z dziećmi a osobną tylko dla dorosłych (jedzenie w obu częściach jest takie samo). Hotel zadbany, na miejscu pracuje polska recepcjonistka co bardzo ułatwia komunikacjie dla osob, które nie znają jezyka angielskiego ani hiszpańskiego.

Doskonały hotel, z rozmaitymi udogodnieniami i urozmaiconymi atrakcjami. Pokój typu junior suite ogromny - salon z kanapą, 2 sypialnie, łazienka oraz duży taras z leżakami. Co do sprzątania - przy meldowaniu wypełnia się ankietę , co ile dni chce się, aby odbyło się sprzątanie (ekologia i te sprawy). Jedzenie mega urozmaicone i dobrej jakości. 8 'stacji' tematycznych: 1) zimne (warzywa, wędliny, sery, sałatki), 2) pieczywo (chleby, bagietki, bułki z makiem/sezamem/zwykłe, pieczywo ciemne/jasne, chleb tostowy że skórą/bez skóry, nawet pieczywo bezglutenowe, 3) kuchnia międzynarodowa - tu bywały paelle kurczak/seafood/warzywa, tacosy, 4) live cooking - tu były robione dania kuchni orientalnej - makarony/ryż z kurczakiem/wieprzowiną/wołowiną/owocami morza (na obiady i kolacje zawsze po 4 opcje do wyboru), 5) home food - tu mieliśmy do czynienia z kuchnią domową - Tu nie jestem w stanie wymienić wszystkiego, ale takie opcje jak kotlety, pulpety, pieczone kurczaki, ryba panierowania, warzywa na parze, kto itd. 6) stacja włoska - makarony ( zawsze 2-3 różne ), było bolognese, była carbonara, zdarzyła się lasagne, no i hit hitów PIZZA - non stop dorabiana, po 3-4 rodzaje na wciąż czekały na pożarcie. 7) stacja show cooking - tu na świeżo smażona była ryba i mięso, były frytki, ziemniaki i pieczone mięsko (zazwyczaj wieprzowina). 8) desery - owoce, lody, jogurty, ciasta i ciastka. Jedyne ALE do jedzenia to te desery. Ciasta raczej odmrażane, sztuczne, takie sobie. Ale wszystko inne naprawdę mega. W/w jedzenie opisuje obiady i kolacje. Podczas śniadań na każdej ze stacji było dużo różnych innych rzeczy - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Duży plus za ogromny wybór wędlin. No i do śniadania również możliwy szampan :). Co do obsługi hotelowej - każdy kontakt przebiegł sympatycznie. Z animacji nie korzystaliśmy z powodu braku czasu i chęci, ale tak bogatej i urozmaiconej oferty jeszcze w żadnym dotychczas odwiedzonym hotelu nie spotkaliśmy. Poza aqua aerobikiem, grą w bingo, warsztatami zrobienia mochito/sangrii za dnia, to wieczorem codziennie inny program artystyczny na scenie, który przyciągał dosłownie tłumy. Myślę, że animacji było zdecydowanie więcej, o których nie mamy pojęcia. Hotel położony jest w najbardziej strategicznym miejscu na wyspie pod względem wypadowym. I chyba nie ma z tym dyskusji. W najdalsze miejsce na wyspie, samochodem, dojedzie się w 40min. Przystanek autobusowy z 5-7min od hotelu. Do plaży na luzie 10min. A plaża ogromna, czysta i piaszczysta. I o dziwo - pusta. Co do atrakcji w pobliżu hotelu - piękny deptak wraz ze ścieżką rowerową na 6km (a nawet i jak ktoś się uprze to znacznie dłużej), w miejscowości Puerto cel Carmen wiele sklepów i restauracji. Podsumowując hotel: naprawdę wart go wybrać ze względu na jakość,jedzenie i miejsce wypadowe. Są atrakcje dla dzieci, ale są to oddzielne strefy i ma się wrażenie jakby hotel był tylko dla dorosłych. Bardzo polecamy!

hotel piękny, taki jak na zdjęciach, czysty, zadbany. Rozłożysty, sprawia wrażenie małego miasteczka. Wyjątkowo czysta woda w basenach. Plaża szeroka, ale z uwagi na silny wiatr częściej korzystaliśmy z basenów. Wzdłuż plaży ciągnie się wspaniała promeda ze ścieżką rowerową o długości ok 40 km. Animatorzy zaangażowani, szczególnie Pan Bartek, którego pozdrawiamy. Z wycieczek fakultatywnych nie korzystaliśmy, zwiedzaliśmy wyspę na własną rękę. Koszt wypożyczenia samochodu w hotelu to 50 EUR za dobę.

Owszem jest parter ale jeśli nie ma informacji o braku windy to się na to nie zwraca uwagi. Poza tym bez zarzutu, ale bardzo mało słońca w ciągu tygodnia było parę godzin ( mniej niż 8)

Hotel godny polecenia. Duży kompleks umownie podzielony na strefy przy poszczególnych basenach, co powoduje że nie czuje się tłoku. Dużo leżaków i o każdej porze znajdzie się wolny. Posiłki ok. Śniadania codziennie takie same, ale bardzo duży wybór. Lunch i kolacja wybór mniejszy, ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Blisko do plaży. Przy meldowaniu wybiera się częstotliwość sprzątania - codziennie, co dwa dni lub rzadziej. Sprzątanie czasem niezbyt dokładne. Bardzo blisko plaży. Codzienne animacje w ciągu dnia i wieczorem. Animatorzy bardzo sympatyczni i zaangażowani.
