Hotel położony blisko pięknej plaży nad oceanem w miejscowości Puerto del Carmen. W hotelu bardzo czysto . Apartamenty duże i bardzo wygodne. Posiłki smaczne w wystarczającej ilości. Recepcja bardzo kompetentna. Obsługa miła i pomocna. W pobliżu hotelu wypożyczalnia samochodów, wiele kawiarni, restauracji , sklepów z pamiątkami i dwa supermarkety. W dniu wyjazdu po zdaniu pokoju o godzinie 12.00 umożliwiono nam dalsze korzystanie z oferty all inclusive do momentu wyjazdu (zamiast karty dostaliśmy opaski).

Posiłki smaczne- śniadania to mniej więcej stałe menu, kolacje bardzo różnorodne. Pokój mieliśmy bardzo przestronny, z aneksem kuchennym, balkonem z widokiem na ocean. Sprzątanie co 2gi dzień. Animacji podczas naszego pobytu nie było.

Wyżywienie nadzwyczaj dobre. Zawsze dwa rodzaje ryby, na kolację nawet krewetki i mule były. Dobre desery. Jak na dwie gwiazdki jestem bardzo zadowolony, obiekt przerósł nasze oczekiwania (fakt, że nie były wygórowane, bo trochę już podróżujemy i wiedzieliśmy czego się możemy spodziewać za tą cenę w standardzie dwóch gwiazdek). Jeśli ktoś chciałby nie wychodzić z hotelu, to może być rozczarowany. Jak ktoś traktuje hotel jako miejsce do spania i zjedzenia posiłku - będzie zadowolony.

Wakacje spędzaliśmy w hotelu w dwójkę. Hotel czysty, obsługa miła, sprzątanie i zmiana pościeli co drugi dzień. Standard pokoju dobry, wręcz wyższy niż określony kluczami/ gwiazdkami. Pokój bardzo duży (prawie 50 m2) Warto wziąć ze sobą ręczniki basenowe lub poprosić w hotelu o dodatkowy zestaw ręczników. Woda w basenie nie podgrzewana, trochę zimna. Jedzenie smaczne, zazwyczaj 5-6 głównych dań do wyboru, kuchnia międzynarodowa. W barze duży wybór drinków objętych formułą all inclusive. Jeśli wylot jest o późniejszej porze niż wymeldowanie Hotel daje opaski, dzieki którym można korzystać z baru, bufetu i infrastruktury hotelowej do samego wyjazdu na lotnisko. Walizki na ten czas można zostawić w schowku przy recepcji. W tej kategorii cenowej wszystko ocenił bym naprawdę wysoko. Plaża miejska bardzo ładna, szeroka, ok 100 metrów od hotelu, piaszczysta z infrastrukturą, prysznicami, toaletami. W hotelu nie ma animacji ale dookoła jest bardzo dużo tanich barów z muzyką i sportem na żywo. Wycieczki oferowane przez biuro podróży, kilka obejmujących najważniejsze punkty na wyspie, dzieki czemu w niecały dzień można naprawdę dużo zobaczyć. Autokary wycieczkowe mają wjazd do parku narodowego, czego nie można zrobić pieszo ani samochodem osobowym. Jeżeli jedzie się w terminie majowym można kibicować zawodnikom Ironmana, które odbywają się w miejscowości ale też nie są specjalnym utrudnieniem jeśli chodzi o funkcjonowanie.

Hotel typu " miejskiego '' , położony blisko deptaka z licznymi sklepami , restauracjami i blisko plaży . W hotelu nie było animacji , głośnej muzyki na basenie , co akurat dla nas było plusem , za to obok hotelu są kluby i restauracje z muzyką " na żywo" . Z uwagi na położenie na terenie hotelu nie ma infrastruktury sportowej , jest jeden mały plac zabaw dla dzieci i mały brodzik . Na terenie hotelu jeden niewielki basen , trudno znaleźć miejsce na leżaku , ale bliskość plaży to wynagradza . Hotel to kilka budynków znajdujących się na różnych poziomach , stąd wszędzie są schodki , ale również podjazdy umożliwiające poruszanie z walizkami. Wejścia do pokojów prowadzą z zewnętrznego korytarza /tarasu wzdłuż budynku . Pokój z sypialnią i częścią dzienną był wyposażony również w aneks kuchenny , z płytą grzewczą , lodówką i mikrofalówką . Przy pobycie All Inc. nie było jednak potrzeby ich wykorzystywania . W pokojach nie ma klimatyzacji , ale w maju nie było to problemem . Pokoje na wyższych piętrach mają widok na ocean , ale na parterze można trafić na widok na mur oporowy lub zbiornik gazu . Wyżywienie bardzo dobre - nie za duży wybór , ale wszystko bardzo smaczne . Restauracja niewielka i tylko wewnętrzna , ale nigdy nie było problemu z miejscem . Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna . Ogólnie polecam : hotel miejski , blisko do plaży , sklepów , restauracji . Raczej dla tych , którzy nie lubią spędzać całego pobytu w hotelu .
