Hotel z pięknymi widokami położony na klifie. Pokoje duze, przestronne. Spory wybór w restauracji głównej, dodatkowo informacje o alergenach przy potrawach. Jeśli ktoś planuje zobaczyć wyspe polecam od razu wypożyczyć auto, bo bez niego ciężko. Warto przywieźć że sobą swoją butelke/bidon na wodę która jest dostępna w dystrybutorach, a jak nie to to jak my zakupić w sklepiku hotelowym piękne bidony z logo hotelu. Ogólnie obszar hotelu zachwyca roślinnością, przestronnością, mozna odpocząc. Jedynie uwagi do drinków mohito czy pinia colada w Ocean Bar sam człowiek nalewa sobie z maszyny.... dla mnie traci to urok, gdzie limonka czy pianka ... za to zero kolejek ;) Hotel warty odwiedzenia ale samochód konieczny chyba że ktoś chce leżeć na leżaku przez cały pobyt.

Hotel przereklamowany, na pewno wymaga odświeżenia i większego dbania o czystość zarówno przy basenach, w pokojach i ogólnie na terenie hotelu. Byliśmy z żoną dwa tygodnie i bez wypożyczonego samochodu pewnie po trzech, czterech dniach byśmy się mocno nudzili. Weekendy w hotelu po przylocie Hiszpanów dość uciążliwe, ciągły gwar i hałas, obsługa i animacje nastawione tylko na nich. Sam hotel ładnie położony z ładnymi widokami. Niestety restauracja ( a raczej stołówka lub jadłodajnia ) to katastrofa - niedomyte kieliszki jeszcze mokre po zmywaniu, bujające się i nie stabilne stoliki podparte serwetkami, do śniadania filiżanki bezpośrednio na stolikach lecz bez łyżeczek do herbaty, które trzeba szukać na innych stolikach ze zmiennym szczęściem, ogólnie porażka. Jedzenie monotonne z nielicznym urozmaiceniem, raczej nie powala. Ogólnie standard zdecydowanie trzy gwiazdki, do czterech w chwili obecnej dość daleko. Za to opieka rezydentki na najwyższym poziomie, jeszcze się z takim zaangażowaniem nie spotkaliśmy-brawo.

Obsługa na bardzo wysokim poziomie, zawsze uśmiechnięta do gości, w razie jakichkolwiek problemów lub pytań zawsze pomagali. W hotelu bardzo czysto, na bieżąco było sprzątane. Jeżeli chodzi o pokoje - czyste, dokładnie takie jak na zdjęciach. Codziennie sprzątane, jeżeli czegokolwiek zabrakło, obsługa uzupełniała. Na basenie pomimo tego, że było dużo gości, nie było żadnego problemu ze znalezieniem wolnego leżaka, nie było tłumów i kolejek do baru. Znajduje się również specjalnie wydzielona strefa do dzieci. Do dyspozycji gości hotelu było naprawdę wiele atrakcji - salon gier, organizowane były różne aktywności, a co wieczór goście mogli brać udział w różnych występach. Jedynym minusem dla niektórych może być to, że dookoła hotelu nie ma sklepów, a do najbliższej plaży trzeba iść ok. 20 min. Hotel naprawdę godny polecenia!

Hotel generalnie bardzo fajny, ale należy pamiętać o paru rzeczach. Pierwsze to pogoda i chmury wywiewane znad gór co powoduje ciepłe ale pochmurne okresy dnia. Słońce znad góry wstaje o 10. W okolicy są dwie atrakcje do których dojedziemy komunikacją publiczną (latarnia morska i wulkan San Andreas). Inne wycieczki to raczej zorganizowane. Przefajne tereny na trekking, ale też trzeba sobie zorganizować transport (są firmy dowożące i odwożące) na końcach tras. Co do obsługi to generalnie nie mam zastrzeżeń, ale śmieszyło mnie trochę kierowanie ruchem przy wejściu do głównej restauracji i kierowanie do wysprzątanych stolików, co robiło ok. 5 osób, a w tym czasie na sali było pełno nieposprzątanych stolików nad czym pracowały 2 osoby :). Jedzenie, nawet dobrego posiłku, wśród nieposprzątanych stolików nie należy do najprzyjemniejszych rzeczy, a zdarzało się wielokrotnie że siadaliśmy obok brudnego stolika i kończyliśmy jedzenie, a stolik dalej nie był sprzątnięty. Drinki pijalne, oprócz mohito, które robione było chemicznego skoncentrowanego syropu. Płatne mohito w wersji oryginalnej było robione z cytryny i białego cukru :( błeee. Generalnie należy mieć również na uwadze, że hotel jest bardzo rozległy i wielopoziomowy, więc 10k kroków można spokojnie zrobić. Animacje oceniam średnio. Były z dwa występy, które robiły wrażenie, a reszta niekoniecznie. Generalnie bardzo głośno, co trochę może dziwić bo była reżyserka, ale obsługujący chyba bardziej był DJ, niż realizatorem dźwięku dla różnych show. Trochę brakuje plaży i pomoczenia się w oceanie. Cała pozostała reszta bez zastrzeżeń :).

Hotel oceniam dobrze, cały kompleks ładny. Pokoje wygodne i czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Dużo basenów, dużo wolnych miejsc przy basenach. Wyżywienie ok, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Mnóstwo owoców i dobrych deserów. Jeżeli chodzi o czystość w restauracji głównej i obsługę, niestety nie mogę powiedzieć nic dobrego. Niedomyte naczynia, brak szklanek i kieliszków przy miejscach z napojami. Często brak sztućców. Najbliższa plaża 20 minut drogi, jednak nic ciekawego. Do miasteczka 10 km, dojazd autobusem, przystanek przy hotelu, bilet 2,4 euro. Samo miasteczko kameralne, jeden sklep z pamiątkami, ale pamiątek niewiele. Drugi raz nie polecimy.

Hotel zbudowany w ciekawym, bardzo ładnym lokalnym stylu architektonicznym, obsługa miła, serdeczna i pomocna. Czystość pokoju ogółem poprawna, jednak w roku kabiny prysznicowej przy przyjeździe zalegała kepka włosów po poprzednich lokatorach, która została uprzątnięta przez panią pokojową dopiero 3 dnia podczas serwisu pokoju. Najbardziej krytyczne uwagi należą się restauracji, gdzie kieliszki do wina często bywały niedomyte - mi osobiście kilkakrotnie trafił się kieliszek ze śladami szminki oraz talerze które były tłuste i posiadające ślady tłustego jedzenia, jakby były niedomyte w zmywarce. W godzinach porannych wracając ze śniadania codziennie widoczne były śmieci - kubki, niedopałki, serwetki wokół stolików na zewnątrz lobby. Poza tym lokalizacja i utrzymanie obiektu poprawne. Hotel nadgryziony zębem czasu i to w wielu miejscu widać. Obsługa sprzątająca też nie zawsze wyrabia, ale bądźmy szczery - obiekt jest ogromnym. Najważniejsze, że ręczniki czyste codziennie. Jedzenie - śniadania i kolacje świetne. Obiady - takie sobie. Alkoholu nie piję, ale inni nie narzekali. Lokalizacja - słaba. Wszędzie daleko, ale świadomie taki hotel wzięliśmy, chcieliśmy odpocząć. Niestety komuś może to przeszkadzać. Infrastruktura - świetna. Baseny (tyle miejsca, że nie ma wojny o leżaki), strefa spa, siłownia - można wypocząć i zregenerować się w satysfakcjonujący sposób. Do tego ten kapitalny, kolonialny klimat. Ogólnie hotel i wakacje na plus. Czy wrócę? Na wyspę na pewno. Do hotelu? Niekoniecznie. Wybiorę coś bliżej cywilizacji;)

Bardzo fajny resort ze świetną organizacją. Nie jest to jeden duży budynek, a wiele mniejszych dwupietrowych budynków "kamieniczek", które tworzą całość. Wszystko w klimacie kolonialnym, co jest dużym atutem. Pokoje duże, czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Duża liczba basenów, przez co nie ma tłumów. Można w spokoju odpocząć. Wszędzie bardzo zielono. Sam resort położony wśród plantacji bananów, co jest bardzo atrakcyjne i egzotyczne. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, duży wybór, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Wszystko bez ograniczeń. Fantastyczny pobyt!

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania, piękne otoczenie, położenie na klifie z widokiem na ocean. Niestety nie ma plaży bezpośrednio obok hotelu trzeba wybrać się na spacer kawałek dalej, a najlepiej jest wynająć samochód żeby zwiedzić wyspę. Jest tutaj sporo ciekawych miejsc ale niestety nie są one blisko hotelu. Na terenie obiektu wszystko co potrzeba, dużo basenów, bary, kilka restauracji, biuro z wycieczkami, sklep. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane, do dyspozycji sejf i sterowana klimatyzacja, co prawda sam wystrój nieco już przestarzały, ale za to pokój duży, z balkonem ,jest w nim wszytko co potrzebne, w łazience zarówno prysznic jak i wanna. W restauracji bardzo miło spędza się czas, duży wybór dla każdego, bardzo miła i uśmiechnięta obsługa i świetna organizacja np. przy dużym ruchu kelnerzy wyznaczają miejsce przy stoliku. Na szczególną uwagę zasługują też animatorzy zachęcający do zabawny oraz codziennie wieczorne animacje w hotelu za każdym razem coś innego. Jeśli miałabym okazję z pewnością wybiorę hotel ponownie.

Caldera de Taburiente National Park — the hike begins at an altitude of 1000 m a.s.l. and leads through pine forests to the inside of a giant crater with a diameter of approx. 9 km. On to the River Taburiente - the only stream of the Canary Islands, where the water flows all year round. Time to relax. Descent via El Reventon, next to Rock Idafe, to Dos Aguas (Two Waters), where the streams flowing from all the springs of Caldera converge. Then the trail leads through Barranco de las Angustias (The Gorge of Terrors), up to the exit of the national park.
