Bardzo fajny resort ze świetną organizacją. Nie jest to jeden duży budynek, a wiele mniejszych dwupietrowych budynków "kamieniczek", które tworzą całość. Wszystko w klimacie kolonialnym, co jest dużym atutem. Pokoje duże, czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Duża liczba basenów, przez co nie ma tłumów. Można w spokoju odpocząć. Wszędzie bardzo zielono. Sam resort położony wśród plantacji bananów, co jest bardzo atrakcyjne i egzotyczne. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, duży wybór, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Wszystko bez ograniczeń. Fantastyczny pobyt!

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania, piękne otoczenie, położenie na klifie z widokiem na ocean. Niestety nie ma plaży bezpośrednio obok hotelu trzeba wybrać się na spacer kawałek dalej, a najlepiej jest wynająć samochód żeby zwiedzić wyspę. Jest tutaj sporo ciekawych miejsc ale niestety nie są one blisko hotelu. Na terenie obiektu wszystko co potrzeba, dużo basenów, bary, kilka restauracji, biuro z wycieczkami, sklep. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane, do dyspozycji sejf i sterowana klimatyzacja, co prawda sam wystrój nieco już przestarzały, ale za to pokój duży, z balkonem ,jest w nim wszytko co potrzebne, w łazience zarówno prysznic jak i wanna. W restauracji bardzo miło spędza się czas, duży wybór dla każdego, bardzo miła i uśmiechnięta obsługa i świetna organizacja np. przy dużym ruchu kelnerzy wyznaczają miejsce przy stoliku. Na szczególną uwagę zasługują też animatorzy zachęcający do zabawny oraz codziennie wieczorne animacje w hotelu za każdym razem coś innego. Jeśli miałabym okazję z pewnością wybiorę hotel ponownie.

Wypoczynek od 02.09.2024 Hotel ****, który w pełni zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę. Przede wszystkim standard oferowanych pokoi bardzo pozytywnie należy ocenić, ich wyposażenie, łazienka (prysznic + wanna, suszarka itp.) szafy, TV, bardzo dobry i mega szybki zasięg sieci internetu w całym hotelu oraz basenach, kawiarniach, restauracjach w cenie (bez dodatkowych opłat). Profesjonalnie wyposażona i darmowa słownia zasługuje na duże uznanie. Restauracje oraz serwowane posiłki kierują uwagę wypoczywających gości w stronę najwyższej oceny trzech gwiazdek michelin ***. Ponadto do wyboru mamy w ciągu dnia do posiłku zawsze świeżo wyciskane soki z owoców tropikalnych !!! Dodam tylko, że pozytywnie zaskoczony byłem perfekcyjną organizacją w restauracjach. Dla dociekliwych, chciałem przez to zwrócić uwagę na szybkie i sprawne przyporządkowanie stolika pomimo dużej ilości gości. Obywa się bez kolejek i straty czasu. Brawo dla menadżerów hotelu! Dla pełni luksusu, który zaznałem dodam jeszcze wypoczynek na jednym z 8 basenów przedzielonych gustownymi wysepkami oraz pomostami. Rozpisywać mógłbym się dużo, ale dodam tylko, że miejsce jest bardzo urocze i zjawiskowe widokowo i w każdym miejscu zadbane jeżeli chodzi o zachowanie czystości.

Hotel jako całość oceniam wysoko. Dobre rozplanowanie przestrzeni. Pomimo ilości przyjętych gości nie czuć było, że jest tłoczno, czy głośno. Na terenie hotelu spotkałem kilka karaluchów (poza hotelem jeszcze więcej- szczególnie po zmroku). Jednych to nie dziwi, mnie jednak dziwi. Hotel ładnie położony nad brzegiem oceanu z widokiem na zachodzące słońce i przy sprzyjającej pogodzie widać gołym okiem drogę mleczną. Okolica bardzo spokojna, dla niektórych może być zbyt nudna ze względu na prawie godzinną odległość autem do większych miejscowości. W promieniu 2-3h autem można już powiedzieć, że w zasięgu jest prawie drugi koniec wyspy z innym klimatem. Dookoła hotelu bardziej surowy krajobraz- plantacje bananów i szare wzgórza. Najbliższa mała plaża ok 20 min pieszo od hotelu.

Kuchnia bardzo różnorodna, świeża i smaczna, stoły szwedzkie wszelakiego rodzaju: mięsa, ryby, sery, pieczywo, makarony i inne dodatki, owoce, warzywa plus automaty z napojami, również takimi jak pyszne zimne piwo, pięć smaków soków, cztery rodzaje win i oczywiście ekspresy do kawy i czekolady na gorąco. Większość leżaków ma zadaszenie z pergoli. Obsługa hotelowa widoczna, sprzataja ze stolików przy basenie na bieżąco. Na przegryski i napoje przy basenie nie ma co narzekać. Posiłki wyśmienite. Ja osobiscie nie jem mięsa ale rybki i inne dary morza mi odpowiadają. Wobec powyższego nie miałam jedzenia monotonnego: co dziennie inna ryba, dobre sałatki gotowe i do zrobienia według własnego gustu. Organizacja śniadań, obiadów i kolacji - rewelacyjna, kelnerzy mili, uczynni, uśmiechnięci. Ogólnie pardzo przyjemny pobyt, hotel polecam osobom szukajacym odpoczynku, spokoju i wyciszenia. Dla aktywnych i zwiedzających też nie ma żadnego problemu z wypożyczeniem samochodu natomiast autobusem można dojechać do najbliższych miejscowości. Hotel - nie posiada własnej plaży, stąd niska olena w tym zakresie. Nie ma też w pobliżu miasta do którego można iść pieszo i się zabawić. Dla mnie wszystko było SUPER.

Hotel położony przy klifach, bardzo zadbane otoczenie hotelu, wypielęgnowane rośliny. Z uwagi na położenie budynków w formie wioski kanaryjskiej nie czuć przytłoczenia jego wielkością. Wszędzie czysto, widać dbałość o jakość. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie jeśli jest takie życzenie. Podobnie z wymianą ręczników. Dostępny bezpłatny sejf. Na uwagę zasługuje również fakt iż nie ma problemów z leżakami, są dostępne o każdej porze dnia. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone, każdy coś wybierze dla siebie niezależnie od tego czy preferuje mięso czy dania wegetariańskie. Hotel godny polecenia, myślę że pojawię się w nim ponownie.

Hotel idealny dla osób, które chcą odpocząć. Cichy, położony w malowniczym miejscu. Do hotelu przyjechały z samolotu 3 autokary Polaków ale mam wrażenie że nikogo nie spotkałam w trakcie pobytu. Jedynie zastrzeżenie mam do Łazienek, które wymagają remontu. Jednak cała reszta na plus pozwoliła nie przejmować się tym faktem. Wspaniałe baseny, pyszne jedzenie. Na minus brak możliwości wymiany ręczników plażowych.

Sama La Palma - cudowna wyspa, bardzo zróżnicowana, nie oblegana tak bardzo jak inne z wysp kanaryjskich i do tego super klimat - temperatury w sam raz i chłodniej niż w Polsce ;) Hotel również możemy polecić. Jedynie brak plaży blisko hotelu można by uznać za jego minus, ale to wynik "budowy" samej wyspy i jej wulkanicznego pochodzenia.

Descent via El Reventon, next to Rock Idafe, to Dos Aguas (Two Waters), where the streams flowing from all the springs of Caldera converge.
