Hotel położony w atrakcyjnym miejscu jak na GC, stosunkowo blisko do najpopularniejszej plaży. Pokój czysty, codziennie serwis, tutaj duży plus. Obsługa bardzo pomocna, pierwszej nocy dostaliśmy pokój w sąsiedztwie szybu wentylacyjnego z kuchni (huk całą dobę plus kuchenne zapachy), poprosiliśmy o zmianę pokoju i nie było żadnego problemu, poziom obsługi na 6. Jedzenie, wiadomo jak w każdym hotelu.

Obłędny ogród palmowy, w którym położone są komfortowe bungalowy, idealne na rodzinne pobyty, przestronne, ładnie i nowoczesnie urządzone, z pięknym tarasem:) Ponadto, przepyszne jedzenie, urozmaicone tematycznymi kolacjami z różnych kuchni świata. Wyciskane soki i smoothie przeszły już nasze, wszelkie oczekiwania!!! Do tego bardzo dobry serwis, przemiła obsługa na każdym etapie… Byliśmy w wielu hotelach ale ten przebił wszystkie pozostawiając ciepłe wspomnienia:) Całość dopełniła bliskość wydm Maspalomas oraz cudowna plaża. Najwięcej uwag mam do posiłków, ponieważ zdarzało się że automaty z piciem nie działały, w kawie pływały jakieś małe robaczki i raz dostaliśmy sfermentowany sok. Pokoje bardzo ładne i przestronne, codziennie sprzątane, obsługa miła.

Czystość oceniam wysoko, ja nie widziałem żadnych karaluchów, nasz pokój świeżutki, baseny i stołówka tak samo. Jedyny temat na minus: ciężko dostać się na plażę, gdy ma się wózek i milion zabawek (ale taksówka coś koło 4 euro, nie majątek) Dla mnie hotel praktycznie idealny, z radością wrócę wiele razy

Hotel przepiękny, otoczony wspaniałą roślinnością. Pokoje czyściutkie, codziennie sprzątane. Wyżywienie jeśli chodzi o ilość super, do ostatniej minuty dokładane dania więc nie ma szans, że ktoś czegoś nie spróbuje bo coś się skończyło. Obiadokolacje zróżnicowane. Co do smaku dań - różnie, mi osobiście nie smakowały mięsa, były przeważnie za twarde. Mimo to wychodziłam najedzona bo dań było tak dużo, że zawsze coś sobie znalazłam. Teren hotelu ogromny, bardzo zadbany, przepiękny. Pobyt uważam za super udany.

Hotel ogólnie niezły. 1. Domki - duże, przestronne, z lodówką, ale bez czajnika bezprzewodowego. Sejf dodatkowo płatny, ale bezproblemowy. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Lokalizacja domku to loteria. Można trafić na taki koło basenu albo na końcu kompleksu, można trafić na słoneczny lub zacieniony. Wreszcie można trafić na taki z głośnymi sąsiadami. Akustyka w domkach jest duża więc to może przeszkadzać. 2. Jedzenie - typowo turystyczne, przystawki, zupy, dania na ciepło. Były dni tematyczne. Desery bardzo słodkie, ale w alternatywie był stół owoców. W 2 gim tyg. pobytu zaprzestano serwowania smoothie na śniadanie. 3. Basen jest jeden. Wg opisu niby trzy ale one są ze sobą połączone. Nad basenem są od ok 10.00 animacje (dosyć głośne). Leżaki ok 10.00 zapełnione. Raczej nie rezerwowane wcześniej bo obsługa naprawdę zabiera "rezerwowe" ręczniki i odkłada na stolik obok. Do plaży z tzw. buta jest ok 1km. Busik bezpłatny spod hotelu jeździ ok 5 x dziennie. 4. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy - dla zmotoryzowanych bezpłatny P przed hotelem, dla pozostałych przystanek busa kilka metrów od hotelu. 5. Obsługa miła i pomocna.

Hotel położony w pięknym ogrodzie, wśród pięknej zieleni. Przyjemne bungalowy. Przyjemny basen z ciepłą woda, strefa dla rodzin z dziećmi. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie to nie wszystkie alergeny zostały dobrze oznaczone. Brak dostępnej wody butelkowanej w hotelu. Hotel tłumaczy to ekologia ale też nie uprzedza że trzeba mieć ze soba butelki wielorazowe. Na terenie hotelu dostępne miejsca do nalewania filtrowanej wody. Niestety obecne również karaluchy które potrafią wejść do pokoju. Hiszpania boryka się obecnie z ich plagą. Po poinformowaniu recepcji szybka reakcja i umycie podłogi specjalnym środkiem. Lepiej więc nie przechowywać jedzenia w pokoju. Do plaży 1,4km jest dostępny autokar 4x dziennie ale niestety zbiera ludzi z całego miasta. Dlatego lepiej przejść się spacerkiem. Jeśli ktoś biega to wspaniała promenada nad oceanem do biegania ok 4 km.

Smaczne posiłki (korzystaliśmy ze śniadań i obiadokolacji). Bardzo czysto na terenie hotelu. Ciekawe wieczory tematyczne. Spacer do plaży zajmował około 20min, spokojną drogą ale można skorzystać z darmowego transportu. Wrażenia z wydm i rezerwatu w okolicy hotelu niepowtarzalne! Pobyt w maju.

Hotel nieco oddalony od plaży (dzięki czemu wieje słabiej niż nad samym oceanem), ale można się na nią dostać przyjemną trasą biegnącą wzdłuż rezerwatu przyrody, ośrodka Camel safari i wydm. Z hotelu bez problemu można dostac się w inne rejony wyspy - autobusem, taksówka albo wypożyczonym samochodem. Jedzenie dość przeciętne, ale różnorodne, więc można coś dla siebie znaleźć. Ośrodek bardzo przyjazny rodzinom z dziećmi, byliśmy już dwa razy i chętnie jeszcze wrócimy :)

Majówkę 2024 spędziliśmy z rodziną na pięknej Gran Canarii. Hotel Suites Villas by Dunas okazał się strzałem w dziesiątkę. Lokalizacja dawała nam możliwość spędzenia części wyjazdu na pięknej plaży przy wydmach Maspalomas oraz zasmakować lokalnej kuchni w klimatycznych knajpkach. Sam hotel posiada piękne zaplecze basenowe. Zarówno młodsze dzieci jak i starsze znajdą odpowiednie miejsce na basenie. Codzienne animacje umilają czas dzieciom, a rodzice w tym czasie mogą spokojnie spędzić czas w restauracji przy lampce prosecco. Pokoje usytuowane w rozległym ogrodzie dają poczucie prywatności. Sprzątane są codziennie. Jedzenie zróżnicowane, każdy wybierze coś dla siebie :)

Hotel is located at very good location and is dedicated primarily for families with kids. So the animation is on full for kids all day long. There are couple playgrounds for kids, 2 heated pools for kids and couple regular one's. As well there is and 1 pool for babies. Food and drinks are amazingly great, we were more than happy to stay and travel throughout the island. Maspalomas beach is 20 min walk from hotel (bus is travelling on a daily base), close to Hotel you can find 2 restaurants if you become fed with Hotel food. As well there is supermarket nearby.
