Hotel zadbany, czysty, położony w przepięknym otoczeniu wzniesień, nieco ponad wąwozem w którym mieści się Taurito. Pokoje przestronne, sprzątane codziennie lub co dwa dni, wtedy też wymieniane sa ręczniki, dokładany papier toaletowy itp. Wyżywienie smaczne, dominują ryby, brak niestety napojów niegazowanych na obiad i kolację. Również herbatę i kawę możemy wypić tylko podczas śniadania. Obsługa hotelowa kompetentna, pomocna i miła, mówiąca po angielsku, bez zastrzeżeń, kelnerzy dyskretni i szybcy. Dużo animacji, zarówno w hotelu, jak i tych wieczornych w Arena Plaza (gdzie w barze również obowiązuje all inclusive). Animatorzy są z Polski, więc brak jest barier językowych. Basen przy hotelu niewielki, obok niego bar z przekąskami (hamburger, hotdog,sandwich) a także z napojami bezalkoholowymi oraz z alkoholem. Znajduje się tam również brodzik dla dzieci. Aquapark otwarty codziennie od 10 do 18, darmowy wstęp dla gości hotelu, lezak na cały dzień 2 euro. Fantastyczne zjeżdzalnie, nie można się tam nudzić. Na terenie aquaparku bar z przekąskami i napojami, bezpłatnie dla gości z formułą all inclusive. Przepiekna plaża, drobny, ciemny piasek. Otwarta wprost na ocean, więc jest czysta, brak w niej glonów, które napotkamy na sasiednich Playa de Amadores lub w Puerto de Mogan. W okolicy hotelu wiele atrakcji : sklepy, supermarket,wypożyczalnia samochodów ( 30 euro za dzień jazdy renault clio) szkoły nurkowanie ( w tym polska Delphinus), wspomniany aquapark, salon gier,dyskoteka La Bamba, mini golf, korty tenisowe i do squasha, park z pieknymi roślinami i przyrzadami do ćwiczeń. Zdecydowanie polecam pobyt w Taurito osobom nastawionym na relaks i wypoczynek.

Obsługa hotel dobrze mówi po angielsku, więc nie ma problemu z dogadaniem się. Barman Tony- niczego nie żałuje :) Bardzo nam się podobało i chętne wybierzemy się tam ponownie. Jednym słowem miejsce godne polecenia !!!!!!!!!

Główną atrakcją hotelu miał być bezpłatny wstęp do parku wodnego. Niestety woda w tym parku była brudna - toteż niewiele osób z hotelu tam chodziło, my w ciągu 12 dni pobytu (...)
Główną atrakcją hotelu miał być bezpłatny wstęp do parku wodnego. Niestety woda w tym parku była brudna - toteż niewiele osób z hotelu tam chodziło, my w ciągu 12 dni pobytu byliśmy jedynie dwukrotnie - łącznie przez około 3 godziny. To powodowało, iż basen przyhotelowy okazał się zbyt ciasny a leżaków było zbyt mało. Hotel, jak na 4 gwiazdki, zaniedbany, wymaga remontu, który jest sukcesywnie wykonywany. W czasie naszego pobytu był remont jednej z wind oraz budowa fontanny w holu, co oczywiście nie zwiększało atrakcyjności pobytu. Jeśli ktoś lubi latające muchy (w ogromnych ilościach)w jadalni zwanej restaurację KONIECZNIE powinien wybrać ten hotel. Osoby, które obrzydza widok much siadających na wystawione półmiski z jedzeniem KONIECZNIE powinny szukać innego hotelu. Super animatorzy - także z Itaki m.in. Sylwia i Filip. Rezydentka wręcz odwrotnie - szczyt nastąpił w dniu wyjazdu, miało być załatwione przez nią wczesne śniadanie a jedynie umożliwiono nam wejście do jadalni, gdzie w ogóle nie było pieczywa, a jedynie chleb tostowy - toster zaś był odłączony od prądu i dopiero interwencja jednego z gości hotelowych zmieniła sytuację i włączono toster ... na 15 minut przed odjazdem autokaru na lotnisko. Nie było także wrzątku umożliwiającego zaparzenie herbaty. Oczywiście rezydentki nie było wówczas w hotelu. W dniu przyjazdu rezydent wsadził nas do autokaru .... po czym sami pojechaliśmy do hotelu, gdzie byliśmy około godziny 24.00. Przez cały czas zastanawialiśmy się po co nam taki rezydent (śniadanie w dniu wyjazdu umocniło nas w tym przekonaniu) i po co w takim razie jechać za granicę z polskiego biura, skoro wyjeżdżając z zagranicznego biura do tego samego hotelu mielibyśmy taka samą pomoc (bądź jej brak) i tych samych animatorów jednak za znacznie niższą cenę. Wiec..... skoro nie ma różnicy to po co przepłacać.

Hotel położony między dwiema ruchliwymi ulicami. Większość pokoi z widokiem na ruiny niedokończonego hotelu ogrodzonego blaszanym płotem. Jedynym plusem jest wyżywienie, miła obsługa oraz super animatorzy - pozdrowienia dla Sylwii, Filipa i Piotra!! Pokój czysty i codziennie sprzątany. Osoby szukające spokoju, ciszy, pięknych widoków i długich spacerów po plaży niech lepiej lecą na inna wyspę. W hotelu pobierane są kaucje za ręczniki, pilota do telewizora oraz kluczyk do sejfu (to chyba jedyny hotel, gdzie sejf zamyka się na kluczyk). Stosunek jakości do ceny nie poraża, natomiast dwutygodniowy pobyt w lipcu za cenę powyżej 5.000/osoba w tym hotelu to jakiś żart.

Widok z wszystkich pokoi - zatrzymana budowa kolejnego hotelu, nie ma możliwości mieć widoku na ocean ale dzięki temu jest odsunięty od głośnego centrum hotelowego. Kompleks hotelowy znajduje się na zboczach wąwozu, na którego dnie jest świetny aquapark, promenada, restauracje, centrum rozrywki dla dzieci i wszelkie inne atrakcje. Zejście na dół - windą, która znajduje się na przeciwko hotelu. Polecam, hotel godny polecenia za tą cenę.
