Hotel Lopesan Villa del Conde spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania począwszy od przywitania w recepcji, aż do momentu wymeldowania. W pokoju czekało na nas obszerne łóżko o idealnej twardości materaca co gwarantowało pełną regenerację podczas snu. Śniadania oraz kolacje zadowolą najbardziej wybrednych. Wszystkie produkty były bardzo wysokiej jakości, a ilość dań przygotowywanych w formie bufetu nie pozwoli, aby wdarła się nuda. Osoby lubiące sobie dłużej pospać nie muszą się martwić o brak leżaka, chociaż i tutaj część osób rozkładała ręczniki przed śniadaniem. W restauracji działającej w ciągu dnia mogliśmy zmówić bardzo smaczne posiłki w niewygórowanej cenie nawet z dostawą do leżaka. Całe otoczenie hotelu oraz strefa wypoczynku przy basenach była utrzymywana w czystości. Obsługa hotelu była bardzo uprzejma i starająca się pomóc na każdym kroku. Jedyne, do czego można się doczepić to mała ilość dostępnych miejsc parkingowych w podziemnym garażu i na terenie hotelu. Cały nasz pobyt uważamy za bardzo udany i będziemy bardzo miło wspominać ten hotel, który w pełni zasługuje na 5*.

Profesjonalna, pomocna, ale nienachalna obsługa. Bardzo czysto. Pokoje obszerne z osobną garderobą, codziennie sprzątane. Nie tylko smaczne ale i pięknie podane- kompozycje z jadalnymi kwiatami- do wyboru jedzenie z całego świata- od steków po sushi. Duży wybór owoców morza. Ryby i mięso podawane z bezpośrednio z gorącej blachy. Bary sałatkowe i owocowe w pełnym wyborze świeżych owoców i warzyw . Sweet cornery pyszne ale i piękne, Oferowały nawet czekoladowe fondue w formie fontanny. Pieczywo ciemne, jasne, oraz slodkie wyroby. Czystość hotelu nienaganna, obsługa zawsze uśmiechnięta. 3 duże baseny, leżaki plażowe do dyspozycji oraz ręczniki plażowe na wyposażeniu, główny hol zapiera dech, stylizowany na wnętrze katedry. Pokoje rozdzielone w niewielkich budynkach, połączonych ze sobą pięknymi zielonymi alejkami z egzotyczną roślinnością ( strelicja, bananowce, palmy, bambusy) z hotelu można wyjść do centrum miasteczka poprzez lobby ulicami lub bezpośrednio na promenadę przy oceanie. Wszystko to daje efekt luksusu i wyjątkowości. Kropką nad i są atrakcyjne występny wieczorne. Hotel mógłby stanowić scenerię kolejnego filmu o agencie 007.

Liczba gości „rozkłada” się, nie ma problemu z kolejkami do bufetów, wolnymi stolikami podczas kolacji czy dostępnością leżaków. Ręczniki, torba plażowa, wszelkie kosmetyki w pokoju. Położony przy samej promenadzie - spacer do latarni ok 10 minut, do plaży Maspalomas ok 15 minut. Blisko również sklepy, restauracje. Dojazd z lotniska 30 min bez postojów (z postojami w innych hotelach ok 1 h). (-) Dość nudne wieczory, mini Club w zasadzie nie istnieje (1 godzina na dzień - dzieci robią co chcą, potem wyjście na basen, brak mini disco). W Lopesan Baobab czy Meloneras - zdecydowanie więcej opcji dla dzieci.

Hotel dopieszczony w każdym calu. Piękna architektura i roślinność. Kuchnia śródziemnomorska i hiszpańska, różnorodne posiłki, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i kulturalny. Blisko plaży w Meloneras jak i do wydm w Maspalomas. Dla lubiących spacery polecam spacer plaża od latarni Maspalomas do playa del Ingles ok. 7 km w jedną stronę. W hotelu brakowało mi jedynie sprzętu na siłowni, hantle do 5kg, brak dobrego gryfu i obciążenia. Czystość była widoczna również w restauracji oraz innych przestrzeniach wspólnych, co było dla mnie bardzo ważne. Wyżywienie w hotelu było na wysokim poziomie. Śniadania oferowały szeroki wybór potraw – od świeżych owoców, przez różnego rodzaju pieczywo, po ciepłe dania takie jak jajka, bekon czy naleśniki. Kolacje były równie różnorodne, często serwowano dania kuchni lokalnej oraz międzynarodowej. Na szczególną pochwałę zasługują desery, które były nie tylko smaczne, ale również pięknie podane. Dodatkowo, personel restauracyjny był bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Pokój był przestronny i komfortowy. Łóżko było wygodne, co zapewniało dobry sen po całym dniu spędzonym na plaży lub zwiedzaniu okolicy. Wyposażenie pokoju obejmowało wszystko, czego można potrzebować podczas pobytu – od klimatyzacji, przez telewizor, po sejf i mini-bar. Plaża znajdująca się przy hotelu była czysta i dobrze utrzymana. Woda była czysta, a piasek miękki, co sprawiało, że czas spędzony na plaży był bardzo przyjemny. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, moje doświadczenia związane z hotelem były bardzo pozytywne, a wszystkie kluczowe aspekty pobytu spełniały moje oczekiwania lub je przewyższały.

Hotel wart każdej wydanej złotówki, dlatego po raz pierwszy postanowilam napisać opinię. Pierwszy raz jestem w pełni zadowolona z hotelu. Dopieszczono go w każdym calu. Zaczynając od architektury, roślinność, a kończąc na sygnowanych logiem Lopesan sztućcach. Pokój, który mieliśmy wyglądał jeszcze lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Poza tym w całym hotelu dbano bardzo o czystość, a jestem osobą, która ma na tym punkcie trochę świra ;) jedzenie różnorodne, pyszne! Skupiono się na kuchni śródziemnomorskiej i hiszpańskiej, czyli serwowano dużo owoców morza (wizualnie wyglądały bosko) oraz potrawach czy przystawkach z wieprzowiny. Weganie również mieli w czym wybierać. Obsługa też na najwyższym poziomie, kulturalna i sympatyczna. Teren poza hotelem sprzyjal spacerom, ze wzgledu na dlugi bulwar ze spektakularnym widokiem na ocean. Mogłabym dużo pisać, co jeszcze mi się spodobało, ale zawrę to w kilku słowach, hotel mnie po prostu zachwycił i mam nadzieję, że za rok uda mi się tam wrócić.
