Położenie hotelu bardzo dobre blisko promenada blisko plaża co prawda dużo schodów do zejścia ale są też 2 windy, sklep i restauracje bardzo blisko duży market na dole hotelu. Przystanek autobusowy też blisko wszędzie można dojechać na przystankach kierunki i ceny za bilety wypisane .Naprawdę warto pozwiedzać autobusami. Bardzo blisko wydm jak ktoś lubi spacerować to jest gdzie. Dużo imprez w okolicy bo w hotelu to marne imprezy. Warto autobusem do Las Palmas pojechać za 5.6 euro tylko sprawdzić pogodę bo w Las Palmas jest chłodniej. W hotelu jeden basen i dwa płytkie na dachu ale piękne z tego dachu widoki. Generalnie polecam ,My trafiliśmy na zakończenie karnawał ostatnie dni marca więc atrakcji trochę było .

Hotel bardzo ładny, położony w bardzo dobrym miejscu wszędzie blisko, sklep i bary za rogiem, jedzenie świetne bez zarzutów (opcja HB), pokoje czyste codziennie sprzątane, dobry kontakt rezydenta, jedyny minus to hałas dość często było bardziej słychać obsługę jeżdżącą wózkami na dole (byliśmy na drugim piętrze), niż hałas z ulicy. Niedaleko przepiękne wydmy, bardzo długa promenada, ceny bardzo przystępne byliśmy zdziwieni. Ogólnie jak za tą cenę bardzo dobry hotel z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić.

Dobry szef kuchni , często zaglądał na salę , potrawy były smaczne i dobrze doprawione z dużą ilością ziół i ciekawymi połączeniami smakowymi, np. znakomita gotowana czerwona kapusta z suszonymi śliwkami, dynią , pestkami dyni, orzechami. Duży wybór dań warzywnych dla wegan czy wegetarian, dań mięsnych ,świeżych warzyw. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Codzienne animacje na dobrym poziomie. Lokalizacja dobra , blisko sklepy, promenada .W niewielkiej odległości od hotelu przystanek autobusowy , gdzie można wybrać się do okolicznych ciekawych miasteczek Puerto de Mogan (można zjeść bardzo dobrą Paellę ).Bilet dla jednej osoby 4,15 euro. Nasz pobyt obejmował okres Swiąt Bożego Narodzenia. Była uroczysta kolacja w pięknie udekorowanej sali, pełna ciekawych dań, przekąsek owoców morza, ryb i znakomitej hiszpańskiej szynki oraz serwowanego przez kelnerów dobrego wina. Szef kuchni stanął na wysokości zadania i należą mu się za to podziękowania jak i całej obsłudze. Ogólnie jestem zadowolona z pobytu-. Jedynym minusem holelu do poprawienia -jest brak klimatyzacji i kłopotliwy zapach z kanalizacji w łazienkach. Piękne widoki z tarasu usytuowanego na dachu budynku i znakomite miejsce do opalania, a także kąpieli w basenie.

Hotel generalnie oceniam pozytywnie. Miła obsługa, czyste pokoje. Jedzenie dość smaczne, świeże. All inclusive takie sobie - ubogie i nie warte ceny. Opcja HB zdecydowanie lepsza, zwłaszcza, że możliwe jest na bieżąco wyboru czy chce się danego dnia kolację czy lunch. Na cały hotel 1 animator Pavel, bardzo sympatyczny i przykładający się do swojej pracy. Niestety brak jest plaży hotelowej i trzeba kawałek do niej dojść (między innymi pokonując ponad 100 schodów), ale nie jest to mankament hotelu tylko generalnie na całej wyspie tak to wygląda. Generalnie polecam.
