Bardzo czysty i pięknie położony hotel. Zamówiliśmy pokój z widokiem na ocean i taki też otrzymaliśmy. Pokój bardzo przestronny, na 7 piętrze z dużym balkonem. Jedzenie dość dobre, z dużym wyborem dań. Jedyna wadą było to, że problemy z systemem spowodowały, że pracownicy recepcji oczekiwali od nas potwierdzenia płatności podczas gdy my płaciliśmy biuru Itaka. Ale ostatecznie wszystko się wyjaśniło. Mieliśmy pakiet śniadania plus obiadokolację. Warto pamiętać, że do kolacji nie ma za free żadnych napoi. Płacić należy nawet za wodę. Ogólnie pobyt bardzo udany.

Bardzo nowoczesny i czysty ogromny Hotel. Recepcja 24 godziny czynna i w każdej chwili bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna. Zgłoszone usterki w mgnieniu oka usunięte. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne i różnorodne. Niewiemy co jedzą ludzie w domu którzy narzekali na wybór. Napewno tylko schabowy i ziemniaki, których my nieruszyliśmy przez 2 tygodnie. Zejście do plaży ok. 800 m. z górki co wiązało się automatycznie z powrotem pod górkę. Troszkę męczące ale braliśmy to jako dodatkowy Sport. Dziennie były darmowe autobusy na plaże w San Ingels i Maspalomas z których warte skorzystać żeby zobaczyć coś innego. Naszym zdaniem plaża w San Augustin miała najlepsze weĵście do morza. W hotelu był bardzo fajny Pol z dużo leżakami i animacją. Myśmy zrezygnowali z All Inklusive na korzyść naszej wolności i byliśmy prawie dziennie nad oceanem w cudownej wodzie(ok.24°). Niewiemy czy było to szczęście czy pech ale podczas naszego pobytu było ok. 10° więcej niż normalnie średnia w tym czasie. Było trochę gorąco ale mimo wszystko bardzo udany Urlop. Ogólnie Hotel i miejscowość godne polecenia.

Hotel położony jest zdecydowanie za daleko od plaży i od deptaka, a podejście do hotelu pod stromą górkę w upalny dzień, równa się z półmaratonem. Czystość ogólnie była niestety tylko powierzchowna, dużo kurzu, podłoga niezbyt czysta. Ręczniki były zmieniane sporadycznie, a pościel wcale. Głośność w pokoju przy otwartym oknie z zewnątrz, była nie do zniesienia, wrzaski, krzyki ,miałem wrażenie że byłem na jakimś Marokańskim targu. Przy zamkniętym oknie, było w miarę znośnie. Były dwa baseny, ale na taką ilość osób w takim kolosie, to za mało, jeden na drugim . A zwykli Andrzeje już o świcie zajmowali leżaki. Znajdowała się również strefa spa z termami, ale za jedno wejście dla dwojga, dwie godziny to prawie 60€, moim zdaniem cena za wysoka. Jedzenie było zjadliwe, choć nie najlepsze jakościowo ,ale starali się udogadzać i zmieniać każdego dnia. Picie było odpłatne 2,5€ w mojej formule dwa posiłki, Fontanny wody były przykrywane, żeby nie można było pić zwykłej kranówy podczas posiłku, to było skandaliczne. Obsługa hotelowa była sympatyczna, choć nie wszyscy się uśmiechali. W hotelu miałem możliwość wynajęcia auta, kosztowało to 80€ za dzień, płatne tylko gotówką. A samochód miał z 15 lat i ledwo podjeżdżał pod górkę. Normalnie w wypożyczalniach auto nie powinno przekraczać chyba 4 latek.Wypożyczalnie w hotelu odradzam. Ogólnie w hotelu było bardzo gorąco, klimatyzacja nie była włączona, ale to chyba przez zakaz od Klausa Schwabaa. Dobrze że w pokoju mogła być chociaż włączona.

Hotel nie pierwszej młodości ale po całkiem udanej rewitalizacji. Lokalizacja na skraju San Agustin co zapewnia spokój, no może poza wieczornymi atrakcjami w hotelowym atrium. Pokój przyzwoity i przestronny. Obiekt posiada wspaniałą ekspozycję na ocean ale uwaga! pomimo informacji zawartej w ofercie "pokój z widokiem na morze" nie wszystkie pokoje taki widok posiadają - dostaliśmy pokój z widokiem na toalety przy basenie oraz na zaplecze baru zewnętrznego co było dla nas największym rozczarowaniem, gdyż skusiliśmy się właśnie na tą konkretną ofertę ze względu na gwarancję atrakcyjnego widoku. Najsłabszą stroną hotelu jest recepcja, głównie ze względu na słabą komunikację w języku angielskim. Kuchnia i obsługa restauracji w porządku chociaż mało różnorodne menu i mały wybór ryb i owoców morza.

Biorąc pod uwagę większość udogodnień, położenie i atrakcje, hotel w pełni zasługuje na swoje 4*. To przede wszystkim ładne wnętrza, położenie, zadbana zieleń i wyposażenie, baseny oraz czystość. Plaża nieopodal hotelu jest z ciemnym piaskiem, polecam wybrać się na piękną Playa de Ingles. Obsługa doskonała, wieczorne atrakcje fantastyczne. Spory minus za jedzenie, dość monotonne i ubogie w owoce morza - jak na Hiszpanię i ten standard hotelu. NIejasne były dla nas zasady all inclusive jeśli chodzi o napoje butelkowane (cola, piwo itp), raz były w cenie a raz nie, podawane w zależności od osoby, która nas obsługiwała. Drinki z lokalnych alkoholi w cenie all inclusive ale tylko te podstawowe, bez inwencji barmana. Pozostałe płatne. Doba hotelowa skończyła nam się rano, samolot był bardzo późnym wieczorem. Dobę można dokupić ale tylko do 17:00, co praktycznie nie zmienia wiele. NIe ma również wyżywienia, które w zależności od potrzeb, można również dokupić. Polecamy w tym czasie wycieczkę do okolicznych miast z opcją kolacji. W hotelu dokupienie lunchu i kolacji to dość duży koszt. Ogólne wrażenie z hotelu jest bardzo dobre.

Wakacje bardzo udane , pełne słońca i radości. Hotel bardzo dobry ( powinni poprawić czystość w pokojach i łazienkach - bardziej dokładanie sprzątać ). Obsługa hotelowa bardzo dobra , na najwyższym poziomie. Wyżywienie - w pełni zaspokoiło nasze podniebienie. Ogromny wybór posiłków. Położenie hotelu piękne , 10 min drogi do plaży. Rewelacja , super , basen na dachu , dwa baseny przy hotelu, żyć i nie umierać. Piękny widok na Ocean Atlantycki , piękna okolica i przede wszystkim cudowne słońce. Wróciliśmy wypoczęci , zrelaksowani , opaleni i ze wspaniałymi wspomnieniami . Planujemy podróż do San Antonio w styczniu 2023 :) :) :) . Cieszę się bardzo na ten wyjazd , mało tego ; wyjazd we większym gronie - za naszą namową.
