Pomimo tego incydentu hotel oceniam pozytywnie: obsługa uprzejma, pomocną. Pokoje przestronne, czyste. Jedzenie bardzo dobre , różnorodne. Fajna plaża - leżaki komplet 9 euro. Centrum handlowe przy hotelu. Przystanek blisko hotelu z którego za parę euro można dojechać do innych miejscowości.

Dla lubiących spacery piękna promenada wzdłuż wybrzeża umożliwia dotarcie do bardziej rozrywkowego Playa de Ingles czy Maspalomas oraz w drugą stronę do San Agustin. Hotel przeznaczony jest dla osób dorosłych więc oferuje możliwość odpoczynku. Obsługa w hotelu na wysokim poziomie i zawsze z uśmiechem na ustach. Jedzenie dobre, świeże i różnorodne. Położenie nad samym oceanem , pięknym deptakiem długości około 4 kilometrów w pobliżu sklepy .Obsługa całego hotelu na wysokim poziomie służący poradą , oraz zawsze uśmiechnięci. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki. Wyżywienie bardzo smaczne zawsze można sobie coś wybrać . Do śniadania wyciskany sok ze świeżych owoców. Wieczorem po kolacji można usiąść w barze popijając winko słuchać muzyki. Pobyt w tym hotelu oceniam na bardzo dobry.

Mieliśmy opcję HB czyli sniadania i obiadokolację i zawsze z posiłków wychodziliśmy usatysfakcjonowani jakością i smakiem potraw. Do śniadania codziennie były świeżowyciskane soki ( 5 rodzajów ) oraz 2 rodzaje proseco. Przed kolacją czekał zawsze kieliszek lokalnego wina lub rumu do degustacji. Kolacje miały akcenty tematyczne: kuchnia azjatycka,meksykańska itp. Między hotelem a plażą promenada prowadząca az do wydm Maspalomas.

Położenie idealne- praktycznie w linii brzegowej i wszystkie pokoje z widokiem na ocean. Codziennie budziliśmy się i zasypiali przy szumie oceanu. Pokoje nowoczesne , dobrze wyposażone- od ekspresu do kawy , czajnikiem na herbatę - oczywiście kawa i herbata codziennie uzupełniana- do szlafroków, klapek ( dla każdego gościa nowy zestaw) i oczywiści mydła i szamponu Łóżka wygodne, ręczniki codziennie zmieniane- na życzenie. W sumie pokój na co najmniej 5 gwiazdek. Restauracja to już praktycznie kosmos- dania urozmaicone, różnorodne, świeżo wyciskane owoce, codziennie jakaś niespodzianka- a to Sushi, a to owoce morza , kiedy indziej chińskie przystawki- które przygotowywał na miejscu równie prawdziwy chińczyk. Wg moje oceny kuchnia na 6 gwiazdek Baseny zawsze czyste, leżaki też- ale w szczycie sezonu to do 9-tej trzeba " "zająć leżak", na plaży zawsze wolne parasole i leżaki, co prawda płatne , ale tylko 9 euro na cały dzień dla 2 osób Hotel dla gości 16 + - akurat dla mnie to ogromna zaleta. Opieka rezydenta konkretna , zawsze można było liczyć na rozwiązanie jakiegoś problemu Cena nie mała- ale w stosunku do jakości, to zapłaciłbym znacznie więcej.

Na wakacjach w hotelu Don Gregory czuliśmy się jak w raju. Hote usytuowany jest przy pięknej piaszczystej plaży (piasek ciemny ale bardzo przyjemny dla stóp, delikatny). Nasz pokój znajdował się na 5 piętrze. Z balkonu piękny widok na ocean i urocze palmy z pięknymi małymi zielonymi papuszkami. Pokój ładny, duży, wyposażony w sejf, lodówkę, czajnik, kubki, podstawowe kosmetyki. Codziennie sprzątany, pościel wymieniana co 3 dzień. Pyszne jedzenie, bardzo urozmaicone, smaczne soki że świeżych owoców. Personel hotelu uprzejmy, bardzo miły, uczynny.

Czysty przestronny. 2 baseny pozwalają na kąpiele o dowolnej porze, gorzej z leżakami, które już o 7 mej bywają "zarezerwowane" i to nie byli wyłącznie turyści z Polski, ale i tak zawsze jakieś miejsce można było znaleźć. Personel zawsze uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Jedzenie różnorodne i smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Położenie cudowne, niemal na plaży, z drugiej strony hotelu pasaż ze sklepami spożywczymi, z pamiątkami, kosmetykami innymi wakacyjnymi gadżetami. W tym samym pasażu 2 wypożyczalnie samochodów. Plażą można przejść kilka kilometrów do latarni morskiej i wydm Maspalomas

Hotel bardzo dobry i zasługuje na 4*. Pokój był wyposażony w małą lodówkę, czajnik, kubeczki i szklanki. Ze względu na brak dzieci był bardzo spokojny. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany chociaż z testem białej rekawiczki mogłby sobie nie poradzić. Trochę nieprzemyślana częściowo otwarta i przeszkolona łazienka. W szafie bezpłatny sejf. Na balkonie 2 krzesła i stolik. Łózko jest bardzo wysokie i dosyć mało stabilne tzn. materac jest zbyt miekki i przenosi nacisk z jednej strony na drugą. Nocne lampki są zamocowane na ścianie trochę za nisko i mają strumień światła skierowany w dół obok łózka. Posiłki smaczne. Zestaw potraw na śniadanie był codziennie taki sam ale był duzy wybór i wszystko było smaczne. Kolacje były bardziej urozmaicone tzn. poza pewnymi standardowymi potrawami były też potrawy z kuchni azjatyckiej, meksykańskiej, włoskiej, hiszpańskiej. Takie wieczory tematyczne. Przy hotelu są 2 baseny niezbyt mocno obłożone gdyż tuż przed hotelem jest duża plaża. Piasek niestety dosyć szary. Przy basenie było sporo leżaków z parasolami ale w pełni sezonu może ich trochę brakować. Można wypożyczyć reczniki plażowe za kaucją.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Świetna kuchnia z elementami lokalnymi oraz wieczory tematyczne (kuchnia kanaryjska, meksykańska, japońska, hiszpańska). W hotelu jest SPA, fitnes, butik z odzieżą, wypożyczalnia samochodów.
