Pokoje wyciszone, schludne. Widać powoli slady uzytkowania niemniej codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki. Konieczna kaucja za ręczniki plażowe i ii oplata 5 EUR za ich wymianę. Jedzenie urozmaicone bogate. Kazdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Baseny niestety zbyt małe i niestety obowiązuje okupacja leżaków . Kawa z automatu jak na Hiszpanię bardzo dobra. Lody pierwsza klasa. Lokalizacja bardzo przyjemna, dookoła sklepy i restauracje, ale brak hałaśliwego otoczenia. Bardzo blisko wydmy Maspalomas, plaża trochę dalej, ale nie stanowi to problemu. Animacje ciężko mi skomentować, gdyż nie lubię tego typu rozrywki. Część pokoi zwrócona jest w stronę basenu i animacji, co może przeszkadzać, jest bardzo głośno. Ale można poprosić obsługę przy zakwaterowaniu, by przydzieliła pokój z dala od hałasu. Mnie się udało.

Super hotel z profesjonalną i bardzo pomocna obsługą, czyste pokoje i przestrzenie wspólne. Jedzenia bardzo różnorodne codziennie część menu była zmieniana przy zachowaniu większości standardowych potraw - w mojej opinii bardzo dobre, jedynie widać tendencje do używania przez nich małej ilości przypraw, ale to standard. Dobrze wyposażony bar przy basenie, warto pytać o inne drinki niż te 5 z przygotowanej listy, ponieważ one są bardzo słodkie, a barman może przygodowac bardzo dużo innych drinkow za darmo. Sam hotel już troszkę stary i widać gdzieniegdzie ząb czasu. Lokalizacja zaraz przy wydmach - warte zobaczenia, ale jeżeli ktoś myśli że codziennie będzie przechodzić przez te wydmy żeby dotrzeć do oceanu to muszę go rozczarować ;) te 900 m codziennie przez wydmy w pełnym słońcu z tobołkami go wymęczy, warto skorzystac z busa na plażę , jednak jeździ on dość rzadko i tylko do ok .15. Warto skorzystać z komunikacji miejskiej i dać się na pobliskie plażę np Playa del Amadores, albo Playa Anfi del Mar w mojej opinii są 10x lepsze niż Playa del Ingles na którą jeździ busik hotelowy. Pobyt bardzo udany.

Hotel Abora Catarina wybrałam po rekomendacji rodziców, którzy odwiedzili go w lutym 2019r. To był strzał w dziesiątkę! Zarówno ja, jak i mój 10-letni syn, byliśmy nim zachwyceni. Hotel znajduje się w południowej części wyspy, co gwarantuje słoneczną i ciepłą pogodę. Położony jest pomiędzy tętniącym życiem miasteczkiem Maspalomas, a słynnymi wydmami. Na wydmach wytyczone są trasy, którymi można dotrzeć do latarni w Meloneras. Do jednej z najpiękniejszych plaż Europy, Playa de Ingles, spacerem docieraliśmy w 15 minut. Sam hotel otoczony jest zielonym ogrodem z bujną i zadbaną roślinnością - dominują palmy i moje ulubione sukulenty. W zakamarkach ogrodu można poleżeć na leżakach w cieniu palm i bananowców. Woda w basenie głównym jest podgrzewana. Rezerwacja leżaków jest zabroniona więc nie mieliśmy problemu, żeby znaleźć wolne miejsce nawet w środku dnia. Posiłki były bardzo smaczne, urozmaicone, z dużą ilością owoców uprawianych na plantacjach należących do sieci hotelowej. Mój syn niejadek zawsze znalazł coś dla siebie w menu. Bardzo dobre wrażenie wywarła na nas obsługa - pomocna i uśmiechnięta, sprawiła, że czuliśmy się tam naprawdę mile widziani. Pokoje i balkony są duże, nam trafił się na 5 piętrze z niesamowitym widokiem na palmy, wydmy i ocean Pokoje sprzątane były codziennie. Z oferty animacji nie korzystaliśmy, skupiliśmy się na aktywnym poznawaniu wyspy.

Hotel czysty, dostępność do wind bardzo dobra, pokoje przestronne, jasne, czyste z dużymi balkonami, obsługa hotelowa i w restauracjach bardzo dobra, wyżywienie bardzo dobre, dużo regionalnych specjałów- sery, szynki, dużo owoców. Baseny czyste, drink bary dobrze zaopatrzone. Jedynie odległość od plaży- około 800- 900m mogłaby budzić dyskomfort, ale plażowy bus/ bardzo punktualny/ - załatwiał sprawę.

First of all, I must mention that the hotel and the place in general are mainly for a quiet family stay. Anyway, it was a good stay, we got everything we were looking for. Localization near Dunes, food (the variety and the theme evenings), housekeeping - everything was according to our expectation. Great Canarians , we really enjoyed the local approach and friendly vibes. The only downside in my opinion was the lack of good, fresh fruits. It was weird having frozen berries. Beside that all is great! Thanks for your hospitality!

Hotel lata świetności ma już za sobą. Pokoje w stanie bardzo słabym. Zniszczone ściany i meble, tzw. "grzyb" widoczny w łazience oraz na suficie, mrówki w pokoju. Obsługa ograniczała się tylko do wymiany ręczników oraz zaścielenia łóżek, pomimo tego, że napiwki zostawialiśmy codziennie. Zewnętrzna część hotelu zadbana. Posiłki w porządku. Duża powtarzalność dań, ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Ogromny wybór owoców. Przekąski oraz napoje w barach dramat (dla mnie nie nadające się do spożycia). Napoje alkoholowe niskiej jakości. Animacje dla dzieci codziennie takie same. Podgrzewane baseny to absurd - mega zimna woda w drugim tygodniu marca.
