Hotel naprawdę fajny, pokoje nowoczesne, łazienki również. Sprzątane były codziennie. Jedzenie w porządku, wiadomo że po tygodniu na all może się trochę znudzić. Kolację tematyczne. Partner jedynie ubolewał nad małą różnorodnością mięs. Uprzedzę, że bar 24 na dobę to pączki i kanapki. Małym minusem był tylko jeden basen w głównej części hotelu, drugi jest ukryty za hotelem, ale na nim nie byliśmy i jeden na dachu ale podobno dla nudystów. Hotel fajnie położony, jeździł busik na plażę Playa De Ingles. Hotel niby oferuje miejsca parkingowe, ale na miejscu Pan w recepcji miał jakiś problem i koniec końców parkowaliśmy w uliczkach dookoła hotelu, jest ich sporo więc z miejscem nie było większego problemu. Bardzo blisko na wydmy. Hotel typowo dla rodzin z dziećmi, my byliśmy we dwójkę i krzyczące dzieci były trochę denerwujące.

Hotel ma już swoje lata ale to w niczym nie przeszkadza. Standard europejski :). Bardzo przytulny, komfortowy (wszędzie blisko). Widok z pokoju na wydmy i ocean. Mieliśmy pokój na 5 piętrze z dostępem do tarasu - tu cicho, sympatycznie. Nie ma problemu z leżakami przy basenie. Napoje i przekąski dostępne cały dzień. Do plaży przez wydmy dość daleko ale z hotelu jeździ bezpłatny bus - na minus brak powrotnego w godzinach popołudniowych. Do przystanku autobusowego jakieś 100m - bardzo dużo autobusów kursujących często.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie na 6+, miła obsługa, bardzo mi się podobało że zabierano ręczniki z leżaków od ludzi którzy je zajmowali i przez godziny się nie pojawiali. Hotel typowy dla rodzin z dziećmi generalnie wszytko przygotowane pod dzieciaki. Jeden mały minus za shower room, czekaliśmy na samolot do wieczora, mogliśmy nasze bagaże zostawić w wyznaczonym miejscu tam też była możliwość skorzystania z prysznica przed podróżą niestety wszędzie było zalana nie było ręczników, ogólnie okropny bałagan. Hotel oceniam pozytywnie, niemniej było kilka niedociągnięć, które gdyby zostały poprawione, to hotel by dużo na tym zyskał. Plusem hotelu, największym jest jego kuchnia i lokalizacja. Codziennie inne kolacje, śniadania i lunche się powtarzały, ale kolacje były z różnorodne. Była kuchnia m.in. meksykańska, hiszpańska, azjatycka, francuska, włoska. Co do lokalizacji, to umiejscowienie hotelu obok wydm, to strzał w 10. Piękne widoki z balkonu z wyższych pięter. Mieliśmy pokój na 4 piętrze i codziennie witał nas widok na zarówno wydmy+ocean oraz góry. Obsługa hotelu również zdecydowanie na plus, pokoje czyste, pracownicy uprzejmi i uśmiechnięci. Przechodząc do minusów, nie mogę pominąć niedoróbek takich jak: cieknąca klimatyzacja w pokoju, prawie codziennie budziliśmy się z kałużą na podłodze (hotel chyba to przewidział, kładąc płytki w każdym pokoju), nienajnowsze, nieszczelne okna, przez które nawet po zakmnięciu było słychać wszystko z okolicy basenu, czyli od 9 rano do około 23 słychać muzykę, animatorów mówiących przez mikrofon i krzyki dzieci. W łażience ciekło z umywalki, była jakaś nieszczelna rura, bo przy napuszczeniu wody do umywalki by np przepłukać strój kąpielowy z piasku, na podłodze robiła się kałuża, przy szybkim umyciu rąk tak nie było, jednak nie powinno mieć to miejsca. Poobdzierane drzwi od łazienki, pęknięcia ścian na korytarzach i w lobby niestety brudne fotele i kanapy, którym przydałoby się po prostu pranie, bo poza tym meble są w dobrym stanie. Do plaży był kawałek, ale jeździł codziennie darmowy bus hotelowy, z którego polecamy korzystać.

Hotel na pierwsze wrażenie nie zwala z nóg. Po zdjęciach spodziewałem się trochę wiecej. Niemniej jednak Hotel zyskiwał z każdym dniem coraz bardziej. Korytarze długie i wyglądają na leciwe, ale części wspólne, recepcja, restauracja wyglądają dobrze. Ogólnie Hotel jest bardzo ładny i dość spory, ale odległości nie są jakieś problematyczne. Pokój czysty, wyposażony w czajnik i zestaw herbat i kaw. Łazienka czysta, chociaż nie super nowoczesna. Balkon mimo, że od strony ulicy to ma ciekawy widok w stronę oceanu. Świetna lokalizacja. W pobliżu sklepy, centrum "handlowe", restauracje, wypożyczalnie aut czyli wszytsko co konieczne. Basen mały, ale spoko. Dostęp do jedzenia i napojów praktycznie bez przerwy. Super opcja, aby wypocząć psychicznie. Byłem bardzo zadowolony długości trwania serwisów śniadaniowych, obiadowych i kolacyjnych. Kolacja od 18.30 do 22 daje bardzo duży komfort korzystania z All Inclusive. Jedzenie dobre. Śniadania monotonne, ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Z obiadów nie korzystałem bo przy basenie ciągle było coś do jedzenia. Kolacje tematyczne dość dobre, chociaż owoce morza jak dla mnie średnie. Reszta jedzenia bardzo dobra. Obsługa Hotelu bardzo miła. W recepcji są bardzo pomocni. Jeden kelner wyjątkowy i bardzo sympatyczny, również pomocny. Gada, zagaduje, dba o gości. Polecam. Do płazy Playa Del Ingles jest jakieś 30 minut pieszo. Bardzo blisko do atrakcji turystycznej w postaci wydm. Bardzo fajnie spędzone 11 dni mojego życia.

Bardzo dobre polozenie, monotonne jedzenie, słabe sprzątanie (musiałem dopominać się o zmianę pościeli w recepcji), bardzo słabe baseny (brak przy nich prysznica!), przez teren basenu prowadzi droga z niektórych pokoi, trzeba się przeciskać między leżakami, co jest niewygodne i krępujące dla wszystkich. Duży pokój i balkon, raczej cicho.

Hotel dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciach, pokoje przestronne. Spory wybór jedzenia czy to na słodko czy na wytrawnie, kolacje codziennie inne tematyczne od kuch azjatyckiej -m.in. sushi po kuchnie meksykańską, co daje możliwość spróbowania owoców morza, oliwek czy lokalnych serów i wiele innych. Jak na tak duży hotel nie było problemu ze znalezieniem wolnych leżaków przy basenie. Obsługa hotelu miła i pomocna. Położenie hotelu blisko przystanku autobusowego, czy sklepu spożywczego. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z hotelu, na tyle by wrócić do niego w przyszłości.

Fajna sprawa z wypożyczeniem ręczników ,wymiana na nowe 1 eur za sztukę . Jedzenie oceniam na bardzo dobre. Bardzo duży wybór .Pyszne zupy (jedynie rosołu nie było). Sympatyczna obsługa ! Z basenu nie korzystaliśmy (tylko na chwilę w ostatni dzień). Głównie rodziny z dziećmi ale nie po to lecę 5 godz żeby na basenie leżeć. Plaża przyzwoita ,czysta, tanie leżaki 2.5 eur za sztukę.
