Hotel w starodawnym stylu, ale dobrze utrzymany i czysty. Śniadania i kolacje o bardzo dobrym standardzie, posiłki świeże i zawsze wiele dań do wyboru. Przeszkadzał mi fakt, że obsługa na stołówce nie dawała rady uporządkowywać stolików po gościach i często był problem ze znalezieniem czystego stolika i sztućców aby zjeść posiłek. Pokój z pięknym widokiem, komfortowym łóżkiem i przestronną łazienką. Plaża przy hotelu była kamienista, natomiast zdawałam sobie z tego sprawę przed wyjazdem, cały kompleks hotelowy, mimo że był duży, nie dawał poczucia przytłoczenia. Odpowiadał mi brak animacji i głośnej muzyki w hotelu, sprzyjało to dobremu wypoczynkowi. Proces zameldowania/wymeldowania szybki i przyjazny. Uważam, że cena za pobyt dla 1 osoby była bardzo wygórowana w porównaniu do kwot płaconych przez osoby zakwaterowane we dwoje.

Jedzenie to żart. Nigdy nie byłem w 4-gwiazdkowym hotelu z tak kiepską częścią kulinarną. Nasi znajomi mieli zatrucie pokarmowe dwa razy podczas wyjazdu. Mięso jest zazwyczaj surowe i śmierdzi. Ziemniaki są spleśniałe. Podsumowując, kucharz odpowiedzialny za doprawianie potraw nie ma smaku. Jedynym bezpiecznym miejscem jest słodki stół, gdzie wszystko jest wcześniej przygotowane. Atrakcje dla gosci trwaja 30 minut w ciagu dnia. W pokoju była pleśń w toalecie. Większość obsługi jest miła, uprzejma i pomocna. Ale jedna pani była po prostu niegrzeczna i uprzedzona bez powodu

Ten hotel to przerost formy nad treścią. 1) jedzenie - sok pomarańczowy na śniadaniach zdarzał się zepsuty; ilościowo jedzenia jest dużo, ale w praktyce nie ma w czym wybierać, bo większość potraw jest całkowicie bezsmakowa; po kolacjach trzy osoby z mojego wyjazdu miały problemy żołądkowo-jelitowe i to w różne dni, wynikające najpewniej z jedzenia niedosmażonego mięsa 2) obsługa - pozornie kompletnie niewidoczna, nie nawiąże się tutaj miłej rozmowy z barmanem, bo jest ich za mało na tak duży hotel; popołudniami w kolejce do baru przy basenie stało się czasem po pół godziny; jedna pani z recepcji była nieprzyjemna i mieszała angielski z hiszpańskim, więc jak nie rozumiesz to twój problem 3) system opasek - bardzo niejasny, mamy All-inclusive, skanujemy je, ale nie za każdym razem przy braniu picia; dla pewności chodziliśmy pytać na recepcji, czy mamy coś do zapłaty, ale przy wymeldowaniu ukazało się, że dzień wcześniej narzeczony zamówił niby 5-letni rum, o którego istnieniu nawet nie wiedzieliśmy, bo korzystaliśmy tylko ze zdjęcia karty z drinkami dla All-inclusive i musieliśmy dopłacić prawie 8 euro, będąc w sytuacji bez wyjścia, bo za 10 minut miał podjechać autobus, zabierający nas na lotnisko 4) rezerwacje leżaków - niby nie można, wszędzie są informacje, a w praktyce turyści robią, co chcą; leżaki były zajmowane jak było jeszcze ciemno i trwało to cały dzień, popołudniami połowy ludzi na nich nie było, a i tak nie było gdzie się położyć 5) strefa rozrywki - trochę taki żart, paletki do ping-pong obdarte, jeden stół wykrzywiony tak, że nie dało się na nim grać, a drugi stał tak blisko przejścia, że wiatr cały czas zwiewał piłkę 6) Pan rezydent (Dominik) - większego bajkopisarza w życiu nie słyszałam, szkolenie ze sprzedaży produktu zapewne zaliczone na 6; on wszystko specjalnie dla nas i oczywiście trzeba decydować się już, bo miejsc prawie nie ma - tylko zaraz dla każdego się znajdowały; był bardzo miły, klient musiał czuć się zaopiekowany, a jak okazało się, że na końcu my kupujemy tylko najtańszą wycieczkę do ZOO, to wyszedł z niego nieprzyjemny buc, jak zapytaliśmy o restaurację, którą polecał, bo była to wiedza, tylko dla klientów, którzy wykupili tamtą wycieczkę Z plusów: hotel był czysty, panie sprzątające były chyba najsympatyczniejsze z całego personelu; baseny faktycznie duże, raczej nie było ścisku; sam hotel i jego teren robią wrażenie.

Pokoje z podstawowym wyposażeniem z oznakami intensywnego użytkowania, niestety klimatyzacja nie działała prawidłowo mimo zgłaszania do recepcji kilka krotnie prośby o naprawienie nie została naprawiona, po przybyciu z lotniska ok.13:30 mimo że doba hotelowa zaczyna się o 15:00 dostęp do pokoju otrzymaliśmy dopiero około 17:00. Mało jest leżaków przy basenach więc były zajmowane nawet o 6:00 rano. Hotel położony na uboczu miasta ale z przepiękną zielenią, jeśli ktoś ma pokój z widokiem na morze to ma bardzo ładny widok na ogród i morze.

Hotel w stylu kolonialnym położony w przepięknym ogrodzie, co stanowi oazę zieleni pośród księżycowego i monotonnego krajobrazu wyspy. Fajny basen infinity z widokiem na ocean, pozostałe baseny rozmieszczone w ogrodzie. Niestety zmorą jest zajmowanie leżaków, z czym hotel nic nie robi, więc nawet około 9 w zasadzie wszystkie leżaki są już zajęte. Można rozłożyć się na trawie obok basenów i taką opcję polecam dla tych, którzy nie mają ochoty codziennie rano uprawiać joggingu biegnąc po leżaki. Hotel bardzo czysty (pokoje, toalety, korytarze, windy). Smaczne jedzenie (my mieliśmy opcję 2 posiłki - śniadanie w godzinach 7.30-10.30 i obiadokolację w godzinach 18.45-22.30), więc nie wiem, jak wyglądała opcja all. Warto dodać, że wszystkie napoje do kolacji są dodatkowo płatne. Do ładnej piaszczystej plaży w COSTA CALMA jest ok. 2 km, ale droga prowadzi wzdłuż oceanu, więc widoki są przepiękne i dla nas to była czysta przyjemność tamtędy spacerować. Przy samym hotelu jest plaża, ale skalista i jej nie polecamy. Ogólnodostępne wifi dostępne tylko w lobby, w pokojach dodatkowo płatne 1 EUR za dobę. Sejf też dodatkowo płatny, 4 EUR za dobę, co uważamy za cenę wygórowaną, biorąc pod uwagę, że sejfy są w każdym pokoju i wynajęcie ich nie jest związane z żadnymi dodatkowymi czynnościami ze strony hotelu. Dopłaciliśmy za widok na ocean i było warto. Zwracamy uwagę, że niektóre pokoje bez widoku są na poziomie -1, więc trochę jak w piwnicy. Hotel leży trochę na uboczu, więc do najbliższego miasteczka COSTA CALMA jest ok 2 km (tyle co do plaży). Niektórzy poruszają się na elektrycznych hulajnogach. Ogólne polecam hotel dla tych , którzy lubią spokój, ciszę i nie przepadają za wieczornym hałasem kurortów.

Proponowana plaża w ofercie kiepska z e słabą infrastrukturą. Szkoda że plaża z czarnym piaskiem, 5 minut w lewo od hotelu, nie jest zagospodarowana. Na minus, hotel na uboczu, daleko od cywilizacji. W hotelu brak animacji, rozrywki no to bar jest oblegany a DJ coś tam puszcza do drinka. Hotel tylko do takich co chcą wypocząć i naładować akumulatory. Nie polecam go osobom oczekującym zabawy i rozrywki.

Jednak ze strony personelu obsługującego posiłki jedna kobieta hiszpanka nie zasługuje na wyróżnienie. Stanowczo dyskryminuje Polaków w obsłudze (podawaniu napoi). Pomimo kilku jej wezwań nie było odpowiedzi (widoczna na zdjęciu). Zasługuje na naganę. Jest to opinia również z mojego przedostatniego pobytu.

Był to mój trzeci raz w tym hotelu. Pierwszy raz byłam z rodzicami na Boże Narodzenie, drugi raz już z mężem na Sylwestra mając synka w brzuchu :) A teraz już z całą rodzinką na wakacje :) Hotel na najwyższym poziomie. Piękne widoki, super baseny i przepyszne jedzenie.

Oceniam hotel pozytywnie głównie ze względu na piękny ogród, basen i widok. Podczas pobytu nie spotkały mnie w hotelu przykre sytuacje. Obsługa hotelu miła. Pokoje utrzymane w czystości chociaż hotel nie należy do najnowszych. Jedzenie różnorodne - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Drinki bardzo smaczne, a barmani nie oszczędzają na alkoholu. Minusy: sporadycznie zdarzyło się że sok podawany do śniadania był zepsuty lub podane mięso niedopieczone. Leżaki zajęte od godziny 6 rano- chociaż część basenowa po stronie ogrodu- tam gdzie znajduję się trawa, w ciągu dnia szeroko dostępna - panuje tam mniejszy zgiełk. Ogólnie oceniam to miejsce pozytywnie

Hotel jest duży i całkiem imponujący na pierwszy rzutu oka. Jednak po spędzeniu kilku chwil na terenie obiektu mocno rzuca się w oczy fakt, że najlepsze czasy ma on już dawno za sobą. Wspomnę tylko zniszczoną klamkę drzwi balkonowych ( za każdym razem obawiałem się, że już nie dostanę się na balkon mojego pokoju), zdezelowane gniazdka i włączniki światła, wszystkie lustra z bardzo mocnymi ubytkami czy krzesła (również w restauracji) które wydają się bardzo „zmęczone” wręcz na granicy rozpadnięcia się. Najgorszym elementem jest jednak jedzenie. Mocno czuć, że wszystkie serwowane produkty są bardzo niskiej jakości , ich przygotowanie również pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Najbardziej można to odczuć wychodząc do jakiejkolwiek restauracji w Costa Calma gdzie od razu uderza nas niewyobrażalna wręcz różnica w jakości jedzenia i smaku (dotyczy to również słodyczy i kawy). Poza wszystkim również obsługa nie wydaje się przyjazna , podczas posiłków panuje chaos, a płatna woda do kolacji zakrawa o żart przy takiej cenie wyjazdu. Ogólnie jestem bardzo zdziwiony i zwiedzony wieloma pozytywnymi opiniami o tym hotelu(może kilka lat temu było tutaj lepiej) bo mocno się rozczarowałem moim wyjazdem i szczerze odradzam każdemu przyjazd do Rio Calma.

Gran Tour Fuerteventura — a visit to the town of Betancuria, the first capital of the island: visiting the Church of Santa Maria, a presentation of aloe vera products - the most popular products of the island. Then drive to El Cotillo - a small fishing village on the west side of the island, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean and small beaches in the bays. Lanzarote island — visit to the region of La Geria, the landscape of which consists of torpid lava and volcanic ash. Transfer to the north of the island to Jameos del Agua - a cave adapted by a local artist, Cesar Manrique. Drive to the Valley of a Thousand Palms. Lunch break. Ascend to the Pico del Chache, the highest peak of Lanzarote, from where there is a beautiful view of the La Corona volcano. Drive along the west coast to the Timanfaya National Park - the Fire Mountains, the greatest attraction of the island. Observation of geothermal phenomena.
