Hotel ma świetne baseny, w tym jeden z podgrzewaną woda. Wieczory można spedzić słuchając gry na fortepianie w barze przy recepcji. Zieleń pieknie zadbana (nie dotyczy mini pola golfowego, które widać, że nie jest w ogóle używane). Jedzenie niestety słabe. Mięsa niejadalne w moim odczuciu, ale ryby i owoce mprza ratowaly sytuacje. Jedzenie monotonne, nastawione na Niemców. Najwiekszym minisem jest serwis hotelowy na restauracji -mała liczba kelnerów, brak sztućców bo tylko kelner może podać widelec, lyżkę, nóż..i czeka się kilka minut lub wielokrotnie prosi o sztućce. Jest to poerwszy hotel, który ma tak zorganizpwaną obsługę. Pokoje lata świetności mają za sobą. U nas był zaciek przy lampie, lekki smrodek stęchlizny i urwane pokretło do prysznica - chociaż działało. Pajęczny na suficie się zdarzały, mimo że pokój codziennie był sprzątany. Trzeba się pilnować, żeby nie zamówić czegoś spoza ofert all inclusive bo każdorazowo przy zamówieniu nawet wody odbija się na czujniku opqskę...a nie każdy kelner informuje, że jest to dodatkowo płatne. Przy check out można się zdziwić dostając rachunek..u nas tylko 5 euro

Może nie są najnowsze ale zupełnie mi to nie przeszkadzało. Bardzo wygodne materace i poduszki! Duży wybór jedzenia, aczkolwiek jest ono dosyć monotonne. Baseny na duży plus. Jedyny minus to że hotel nie ma dostępu do piaszczystej plaży. jest umiejscowiony na uboczu co z jednej strony sprawia że jest cicho i kameralnie a z drugiej trzeba isc ok 30min do najbliższego miejsca gdzie coś. więcej się dzieje

Hotel jest bardzo zadbany, bardzo czysto i pachnąco. Ogromna wanna, minusem były osobne łóżka i trochę ciemno w nich było, pomimo pięknego słońca na zewnątrz, ale może to było spowodowane tym by pokoje się nie nagrzewały. Temperatura w nich była przyjemna. Jeżeli chodzi o teren wokół hotel: prześliczny, dużo zieleni której na wyspie brakuje. Dzięki tej zieleni pobyt stał się jeszcze przyjemniejszy. 3 baseny, jeden podgrzewany. Widok przecudowny, na ocean. Jeżeli chodzi o plaże na której było można się kąpać był kawałeczek do przejścia. Choć z hoteli do oceanu jest schodami na dół, gdzie przywitają was wiewiórki czekające na orzeszki (można zakupić w hotelowym sklepie). Jedzenie świeże i codziennie inne. Obiady były dość nudne i znacznie mniejsze niż śniadanie czy kolacja. Przyzwyczajeni przez hotel do różnorodności byliśmy trochę zaskoczeni obiadem. Na terenie hotelu odbywają się codziennie przeróżne zajęcia, więc czas można sobie animować samym pobytem w hotelu :) można również odwiedzić odpłatnie spa. Jeżeli miałabym polecić komuś hotel na tej wyspie, zdecydowanie bez wahania bym poleciła właśnie ten. Pozdrawiam

Pokój mieliśmy na poziomie 3 z pięknym widokiem na ocean. Sprzątany codziennie przez bardzo miłą obsługę. Hotel z basenami położonymi w zadbanym ogrodzie z cudownym widokiem na ocean. Jedzenie smaczne na obiad/ kolację codziennie ryby, mięso smażone, gulasz, makarony, warzywa, owoce, sałatki i zupy, a jak również sery i pieczywo - także każdy coś znajdzie dla siebie Blisko do przystanku autobusowego około 1 km skąd odjeżdżają autobusy na południe ( Moro Jable ) jak i na północ wyspy. Najbliższa plaża 300m z łagodnym zejściem do oceanu, a w drugą stronę około 1000m ale ciągnąca się kilometrami piękna piaszczysta i idealna na spacery o i kąpiele. Na recepcji jest jedna osoba mówiąca po polsku więc tez plus. To nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu i serdecznie go polecam

Bardzo ładny teren wokół hotelu, piękny zadbany ogród. Bardzo miła obsługa zasługuje na wielką pochwałę. Byliśmy po raz drugi w tym hotelu i serdecznie go polecamy.

Jedzenie przeciętne, człowiek głodny nie chodził ale czasem nie było z czego wybrać. Słodki stół niestety wyglądał i smakował chemicznie. Hotel ok. 1km od małej miejscowości w której oprócz kilku sklepów i restauracji zupełnie nic nie ma. Plaża poniżej hotelu mocno kamienista, piaszczystą znajdziemy dopiero w głębi Costa Calma. Ogólna ocena dla nas 4 punkty na 6.

Przede wszystkim bardzo atrakcyjny stosunek wartości do ceny. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane, obsługa miła. Pyszne i urozmaicone jedzenie. Budynek hotelu jest bardzo duży, jednak nie jest to typowy wielki blok, tylko bardziej "pałac" z pięknym ogrodem i basenami. Co prawda ośrodek wydaje się mieć czasy swojej świetności za sobą, ale nadal prezentuje się bardzo estetycznie. Co ciekawe, hotel jest częściowo nastawiony na Polaków: większość napisów jest również w języku polskim a jedna pani z recepcji mówi nawet trochę po Polsku. Większość gości to jednak Niemcy, Hiszpanie i inne nacje. Polecam kupić trochę orzeszków ziemnych (niesolonych), którymi można karmić wiewiórki naziemne wzdłuż wybrzeża przy hotelu i w wielu miejscach na wyspie.

Ascend to the Pico del Chache, the highest peak of Lanzarote, from where there is a beautiful view of the La Corona volcano.
