Hotel w wyjątkowym andaluzyjskim stylu,w pięknej i spokojnej lokalizacji. Do najbliższego sklepu i innych hoteli jest jakieś 1-2km,więc jest spokojnie i cicho. Ogród cudowny. Pokój z bocznym widokiem na ocean niby ok ale betonowe barierki na balkonie są tak wysokie że siedząc na krześle oceanu nie było widać. Panie sprzątały codziennie to na plus ale sprzątanie w pokojach wokół związane były z ciąganiem ciężkich drewnianych mebli po kamiennej posadzce i dużym hałasem . Na minus przywitanie gości w pokoju dwoma mini cukiereczkami.Lepsza byłaby chociaż butelka wody.Czajnika w pokoju nie ma,więc po herbatkę lub wodę trzeba iść do baru lub zamówić. Z płaceniem bransoletkami należy uważać i sprawdzać,bo przy kolacji zdążyło nam się zapłacić za wodę 14euro,zamiast 2,5 , co wyjaśnialiśmy później w recepcji,oczywiście był to „błąd” kelnera. Proponuję też wziąć coś na komary bo wróciliśmy pokąsani bardzo.Rano na balkonie też przez to nie dało się siedzieć .

Hotel godny polecenia, Czysto , spokojnie z ogrodem z piękną zielenią. Super kompleks basenowy z basenem widokowym na ocean. Wyżywienie super..... z szampanem do śniadania i muzyką na żywo do kolacji w części zewnętrznej restauracji. Z jednej strony duży kompleks ale posiadający wiele kameralnych i zacisznych miejsc do wypoczynku.

Podobala mi się możliwość plażowania na trawie przy basenie w otoczeniu zieleni. Czasem myzyka na żywo do kolacji oraz fortepian w lobby po kolacji. Obsługa miła, pokuj czysty. Z minusów dlugie oczekiwanie na napoje, szczególnie do kolacji, chociaż obsluga się nie obija i robi co może.

Hotel ładny z ciekawą kolonialną architekturą, piękny zadbany ogród co się chwali tym bardziej, że na wyspie nie ma zbyt wiele zieleni, trzy baseny w tym jeden z widokiem na ocean, woda w basenach czysta. Jedzenie dobre, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, nawet przy opcji ze śniadaniem i obiadokolacją jest wystarczające. Brak plaży hotelowej ale to nie problem, pięć minut spacerkiem od hotelu jest długa ładna plaża z barami. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie. I chętnie wszystkim poleciałbym ten hotel gdyby nie KARALUCHY biegające po hotelu, na korytarzach i w restauracji hotelowej. Nie chcę sobie nawet wyobrażać co się dzieje w kuchni.

Wanna z szyba prysznicową. Brak szczoteczek, pasty, szamponu...Na plus codzienne sprzątanie pokoi. Obsługa na stołówce tragiczna. Zbyt mała obsluga, nie nadążają sprzątać i nakrywać do stołu. Kierownik sali gburowaty i niesympatyczny. Recepcja ok, pomocna, nawet Pani Monika która zna język polski. Jedzenie ciągle to samo, choć wybór duży. W okolicy 2 plaże oddalone od hotelu ok.500 m.

Zdecydowanie polecam jako miejsce do spokojnego wypoczynku. Hotel ma swoje lata i gdzieniegdzie to widać. Jednak to nie zmienia faktu, że jest tam rewelacyjny klimat. Wszystko wykonane bardzo stylowo i ze smakiem. Całość sprzątana na bieżąco. Hotel jest spory ale od wewnętrznej strony jego wygląd przypomina połączone ze sobą kamienice. W środkowej części znajdują się bardzo ładne tereny zielone z fontanną, palmami i basenami. Spory wybór bardzo smacznego jedzenia, część przygotowywana na bieżąco. Obsługa bardzo przyjazna. Hotel położony 3km od centrum Costa Calma, co ma plusy i minusy ale dzięki temu jest tam naprawdę spokojnie. Kilka sklepów znajduje się na terenie hotelu więc nie jest to problemem. W pobliżu znajdują się dwie plaże, główna bliżej centrum Costa Calma i mniejsza ok 500m od hotelu. Zdecydowanie warto wybrać tą bliżej hotelu z uwagi na spokój. Hotel jak i jego otoczenie sprawia, że można tam naprawdę wypocząć.

Hotel już dosyć stary, ale utrzymany w czystości. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo sympatyczna, 2 osoby w recepcji mówiące w języku polskim. Pokoje sprzątane każdego dnia i ręczniki też codziennie wymieniano nam na nowe. Dostaliśmy pokój z przepięknym widokiem na ocean. Jedzenie w formie szwedzkiego stołu, bardzo różnorodne i zawsze na ciepło, zimno, słono i słodko. Codziennie były też owoce. Korzystaliśmy jedynie ze śniadań i obiado-kolacji, które były zdecydowanie wystarczająco sycące. Wokół hotelu zadbany teren zielony. Do najbliższej plaży 8 min spacerkiem - korzystają z niej właściwie jedynie goście hotelu Rio Calma. Do najbliższego sklepu typu SPAR pół godziny spacerku.

Basen infinity- rewelacja. Tereny wokół hotelu - super na poranny jogging, jogę lub podziwianie wschodu słońca. Hotel bardzo czysty, raz w pokoju wystąpiła usterka klimatyzacji - wszystko załatwione w 20minut. Posiłki pyszne, bardzo duży wybór produktów, zróżnicowane menu - ciężko było trzymać dietę:) ogólnie - ekstra !

Lanzarote island — visit to the region of La Geria, the landscape of which consists of torpid lava and volcanic ash. Transfer to the north of the island to Jameos del Agua - a cave adapted by a local artist, Cesar Manrique. Drive to the Valley of a Thousand Palms. Lunch break. Ascend to the Pico del Chache, the highest peak of Lanzarote, from where there is a beautiful view of the La Corona volcano. Drive along the west coast to the Timanfaya National Park - the Fire Mountains, the greatest attraction of the island. Observation of geothermal phenomena.
