Ogólnie hotel jak najbardziej godny polecenia, ale widać różnicę jak traktują Polaków, a jak Niemców. Otrzymaliśmy pokój z grzybem na ścianach. Po zgłoszeniu tego na recepcji dopiero za trzecim razem wymieniono nam pokój - końcem drugiego dnia! Niestety nie mogliśmy liczyć na pomoc rezydenta z Itaki, któremu jedynie zależało na sprzedaży wycieczek. Jedzenie dobre, lokalizacja super ! Warto wynająć samochód i zwiedzić wyspę.

Największą zaletą tego hotel to położenie - bliskość przepięknych i szerokich plaż. Teren hotelu jest piękny, duże baseny z ogromną ilością zadbanej roślinności. Przebywając na terenie hotelu nie odczuwa się ogromu ludzi, którzy w nim mieszkają - tutaj wyjątkiem są przestrzenie barowe, szczególnie wieczorem. Jedzenie było bardzo dobre, choć monotonne. Obsługa hotelowa wspaniała. Pokoje były codziennie sprzątane, w tej kwestii nie mam nic do zarzucenia. Jednak metraż, wyposażenie i wykończenie pokoju nas zawiodło. Niewielka szafa z dwoma półkami i czterema wieszakami, wanna w okropnym stanie. Zdecydowanie spodziewaliśmy się czegoś lepszego po czterogwiazdkowym hotelu. Jednak nie wiem jak wyglądały pozostałe pokoje pod względem stanu ich wyposażenia.

Hotel starszy, aż się prosi o odświeżenie.Pomimo tego polecam go, jest czysto, personel bardzo się stara, jest pomocny. Fajny układ - jeżeli nie masz pokoju na 2 najniższych piętrach to z każdej strony jest widok na morze. W recepcji Pan Dominik, przeszkolił kolegę, więc prawie zawsze jest w recepcji ktoś mówiący po polsku (niby nic, ale dla nie mówiących po angielsku jest to duże ułatwienie.) All inclusive ok. Rewelacyjne położenie nad samym oceanem, dojście do 2 mniejszych plaż na dwie strony od hotelu, w odległości 5-10 minutowego spacerku 2 duże piaszczyste i szerokie plaże (jedna z nich to Playa Esmeralda) trochę dalej - około 20 - 30 min brzegiem morza Playa de Sotavento - polecam spacer. Polecam wypożyczenie samochodu i pozwiedzanie wyspy.

Pokój trafił nam się z widokiem na ścianę. Może inni mieli większe szczęście. Dojazd do pokoju jedną windą na kilkadziesiąt pokoi, co powodowało bardzo długi czas oczekiwania lub zmuszało nas do wchodzenia 5 pięter po schodach, gdy winda nie działała. Hotel blisko supermarketu, duży parking pod hotelem.

Pokój, w którym się zatrzymałem, był nie tylko przestronny, ale także gustownie urządzony, z dbałością o każdy detal. Wygodne łóżko zapewniło mi doskonały wypoczynek, a z okien roztaczał się przepiękny widok, który dodawał uroku każdemu porankowi. Śniadania serwowane w hotelowej restauracji to prawdziwa uczta dla podniebienia – bogaty wybór świeżych produktów, aromatyczna kawa oraz miła atmosfera sprawiły, że każdy dzień zaczynał się w najlepszy możliwy sposób. Dodatkowym atutem jest bliskość do głównych atrakcji turystycznych, co czyni ten hotel idealnym miejscem na zarówno krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Podsumowując, pobyt w tym hotelu spełnił moje oczekiwania w każdym aspekcie. Pomimo że hotel rodzinny, to jedzenie wogóle nie dostosowane dla dzieci. W restauracji głównej brudne, zatłuszczone piece ich widok odbierał chęć jedzenia. Wokół hotelu teren zadbany, zielony, chociaż mogliby częściej zamiatać opadnięte liście. W basenach woda zimna.

Hotel duży i bardzo fajny. Personel bardzo pomocy, również w recepcji Pan, który jest Polakiem. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane - jedynie brakowało uzupełniania wody (na początku buletka wody na os) - później można uzupełniać w barach te butelki lub swoje jeżeli ktoś ma. Śmieszne windy, które na "najwyższe" 9 piętro jadą w dół, początkowo ciężko się przyzwyczaić. Ani razu nie spotkaliśmy karalucha ani innych owadów. Hotel i pokoje mają swój hiszpański klimat. Jedzenie pyszne, duży wybór również lokalnych przysmaków, dużo owoców morza. Kolacje tematyczne - codziennie inne. Personel w restauracji oraz w barach przyjazny. Animacje podczas dnia oraz wieczorami dla dzieci i później dorosłych - codziennie inna atrakcja (live music, cyrk, akrobaci, magik itd). Plaża blisko, bardzo czysta, mało ludzi - wyjście bezpośrednio z hotelu. Miasteczko Costa Calma turystyczne aczkolwiek bez dużych atrakcji, polecam wynająć samochód w lokalnych wypożyczalniach oddalonych od hotelu o ok. 1 km (można dojechać dostępnymi elektrycznymi hulajnogami)

Widoki i plaża oraz pogoda to było bajeczne i na tym koniec no może jeszcze pokój był spoko ale łóżka były twarde a na poduszkach nie dało się spać Zaczynając od początku ,wcześnie rano trzeba było rezerwować leżaki przy basenie ponieważ o 8 00 znalezienie leżaka graniczyło z cudem, potem śniadanie bardzo słabe i większość była zimna obiady to była katastrofa kiedy się wchodziło na stołówkę obrzydliwy smród, talerze i szklanki trzeba było wybierać bo większość była nie domyta i tłusta więc najlepiej było pić z jednorazowych kubków może jedynie kolacje były w miarę smaczne ale czystość pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Wieczory były nudne ludzie grali w karty można było pójść do klubu gdzie było ciemno i brakowało miejsca do oglądania przeciętnie nudnego show. Drinki były kiepskie jedynie te które były płatne 8 euro nadawały się do spożycia Nie polecam hotelu był to mój najgorszy hotel w jakim byliśmy z żoną .Tragedia!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel duży, zbędna wg mnie odwrotna numeracja pięter; pokój czysty, przestronny, wymaga renowacji, trafiliśmy na pokój z żadnym widokiem, ale przecież nie spędza się w nim zbyt wiele czasu; obsługa bardzo miła, przyjazna, jeden recepcjonista to Polak, kilka osób mówiących słabo, ale jednak po polsku; jedzenie bardzo dobre, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, alkoholu nie żałują ( szczególnie Jonathan w barze przy basenach); byliśmy na wycieczce po wyspie, z polskim przewodnikiem( Pan Aleksander), super sprawa; baseny czyste, leżak trzeba zająć nawet około 7 rano; plaże przyjemne, chociaż wiatr i piasek oblepiający ciało utrudnia leżenie; rezydent spełniający swoje zadanie. Ascend to the Pico del Chache, the highest peak of Lanzarote, from where there is a beautiful view of the La Corona volcano.
