Hotel duży, czysty, obsługa sprzątająca codzienne pukała do drzwi w sprawie sprzątania i czy czegoś nam nie brakuje. Pokój , jak pokój, łóżko szafa etc. Obsługa hotelowa bez zarzutu. W recepcji jest Polak, który zawsze służy swoją pomocą. Jedzenie przepyszne ( przytyłam 2 kg);) Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Animatorzy, no tutaj trochę do nadrobienia. Były różne ciekawe występy, dyskoteki ale animatorzy z nieśmiałością podchodzili do swojej pracy. Hotel położony jest na niewielkiej skarpie przy oceanie z przepięknym widokiem na ocean. Na plażę zejście na plażę schodami w dół. 100m dalej jest szeroką długa plaża. Jak ktoś nie lubi głośnych ulic pełnych straganów i głośnej muzyki, to Costa Calma będzie w sam raz.

Hotel swoje lata świetności ma za sobą. Wystrój budynku wewnątrz lata 90, pokój w którym mnie zakwaterowano był grzyb, drugi pokój nadal z grzybem ale niedawno odlamowany. Smród z kanalizacji, ale pokój dla mnie nie jest najważniejszy a położenie. Hotel na zewnątrz wymaga odmalowania. Zieleń pięknie zadbana, fontanny i iluminację ładne. Baseny do pływania ładne, ale też widać odpadające pojedyncze kafelki orz brud na dnie basenu. Obsługa czyściła basen z liści kilka razy dziennie to na plus, nie czuć chloru. Gośćmi są głównie Niemcy, głównie starzy niemcy, w okół basenu pełno ludzi ale kąpało się może max 20 osób jednocześnie. Opcja all inclusive dość słaba. Jest tylko jeden bar przy basenach z kolejkami i czymś ala lancz i obiad. Więcej barów w hotelu chyba opcja dla Niemców którzy oblegali stoliki i grali w gry. Kuchnia: dodatki powtarzalne ale dania główne codziennie różne, smaczne, ciekawe. Lokalizacja hotelu genialna- 1h od lotniska, plaże zapełnione max 10%, bez tłumów, publiczne, ale uwaga: zdarzają się naturyści.

Hotel jest bardzo zadbany i czysty i co ważne na jego terenie jest dużo zieleni co jest miłym kontrastem z resztą wyspy. Jest duży wybór atrakcji, animacje dzienne nad basenem, piana party w sezonie, a wieczorem w zależności od dnia muzyka na żywo, disco itp. Fajną opcją dla osób lubiących sport jest kort tenisowy za opłatą 10€. Pomimo tego, że na terenie hotelu dużo się dzieje to można również postawić na relaks nad basenem. Dla tych którzy wolą fale i słoną wodę, można bez problemu zejść schodkami na małą plażę która jest zaraz przy hotelu (po drodze można spotkać przyjazne wiewiórki biegające po skałach) Położenie hotelu super, szczególnie do wieczornych spacerów, a widoki są naprawdę niesamowite. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to jedzenie bez smaku, jednakże jest ogromny wybór począwszy od warzyw, ryb i dań mięsnych aż po sałatki, surówki oraz świeże owoce: każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, a po doprawieniu jest okej. Mogę z pewnością polecić ten hotel.

Hotel jest godny polecenia, czysty i zadbany. Położenie bardzo fajne, mimo, że na uboczu miasta to dla nas ważniejsze było położenie blisko ładnych plaż i w przypadku tego hotelu można spacerem przejść przez inne plaże np. do plaży Sotavento. Aczkolwiek jest to dosyć wietrzna wyspa, także trzeba się liczyć z piaskiem przenoszonym przez wiatr. Jedzenie było smaczne, mimo, że przeważnie powtarzało się to zawsze można było znaleźć coś dla siebie. Obsługa moim zdaniem zdaje egzamin, pomogli m.in. w wynajęciu samochodu. Jedynie polecam pilnować karteczki, którą wręczają razem z ręcznikami plażowymi po uiszczeniu kaucji, ponieważ bez tej karteczki mogą wystąpić problemy w odzyskaniu kaucji po zwrocie ręczników (byłam świadkiem takiej sytuacji). Pokój był duży, łazienka również, dostępna była suszarka do włosów. Jeśli chodzi o animacje to widziałam czasami jakieś zajęcia przy basenie aczkolwiek nie widziałam żadnego harmonogramu tych animacji dziennych. Wieczorne atrakcje były ogłaszane na tablicy ogłoszeń ale akurat nic nas nie zainteresowało także nie braliśmy udziału. W naszym przypadku stosunek jakości do ceny był w porządku, aczkolwiek skorzystaliśmy z oferty last minute

Hotel położony w pięknym miejscu i to jest jego największy atut. Hotel duży, dobrze skomunikowany i czysty, co ciekawe dla takich obiektów charakterystyczny jest hałas, natomiast w R2 Pajara Beach czuło się spokój, ciszę i atmosferę Fuerte . Świetnie zagospodarowany teren basenowy z możliwością korzystania zarówno przez dorosłych jak i dzieci. Bary, które są do dyspozycji gości oferują duży wybór napoi i przekąsek. Wyżywienie jednak trochę monotonne, brakowało rozmaitych owoców morza, które w menu są naturalne dla Wysp Kanaryjskich, choć wybór ryb był dobry.

Czystość w hotelu w szkolnej skali oceniam na 5. Pokoje sprzątane wedle życzenia gości, czyli kartki pozostawionej na klamce drzwi wejściowych. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, wybór jest ogromny na każdym posiłku, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie bez względu na to jakie preferencje żywieniowe stosuje. Napoje pyszcze, również te wysokoprocentowe. Masa atrakcji dla dzieci i dorosłych. Generalnie, gdybym chciał to nie musiałbym wychodzić z hotelu. Dosłownie wszystko można znaleźć na terenie miejsca pobytu. Personel bardzo miły i uczynny. Wielu z nich rozmawia w kilku podstawowych językach, znają też najważniejsze polskie słowa. Basen jest duży i czysty, miejsca na leżakach nie brakuje mimo tego zauważyłem że stosowana jest tzw. Rezerwacja ręcznikowa.Personel oczywiście na każdym kroku neguje taką postawę. Lokalizacja hotelu jest świetna, 3 min na nogach do najbliższej plaży. 10minut do Costa Calma. Wynajmując samochód, właściwie wszędzie mamy blisko. Gorąco polecam i dziękuję za udane wakacje :)

Podłoga nie była wycierana przez cały nasz pobyt, na meblach i pościeli znaleźć można było maleńskie brązowe żyjątka, mniej więcej wielkości łebka od szpilki. W łazience włosy w umywalce i zwinięty kokon (chyba wyjęty z odpływu) wrzucony do muszli toaletowej. Ręczniki czyste, wymieniane w razie potrzeby. To samo dotyczy pościeli. W szafach panował bardzo dziwny zapach. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Zasłony i firany strasznie brudne, strach było tego dotykać. Okno balkonowe z wyrwaną klamką... JEDZENIE: bardzo bardzo słabe. Teoretycznie codziennie był inny rodzaj bufetu. Finalnie codziennie do jedzenia było to samo, maksymalnie jedna potrawa była zmieniona. Napoje bezalkoholowe - porażka. Napoje alkoholowe rownież porażka. Kucharze smutni i niemili. Jeśli dziś na obiad były pałeczki z kurczaka to jutro były w sosie albo z ryżem. Totalny spożywczy recykling. Sytuacja była identyczna zarówno w przypadku śniadań i kolacji. BASEN: duży, woda chłodna. O 7 rano nie było już mowy o dostępnym leżaku, mimo wyraźnej prośby hotelu o nie rezerwowaniu ręcznikami leżaków, 99% usłane była kolorowymi tkaninami. Po godzinie 22 bramy wokół hotelu były zamykane na łańcuch, wracając znad oceanu musieliśmy przeskakiwać przez i tak rozwalony już płot. Nie ma mowy też o dłuższym przesiadywaniu na leżakach w porze wieczornej, ochroniarz wygania do pokoi jak na kolonii dla 15 latków...

Lodówka z kolei nie odmrażana od dawien dawna - zasadniczo nie do użytku bo cała oblodzona. Spłuczka nieprawidłowo działająca . Drzwi tarasowe uszkodzone - nie zamykające sie (pokój na parterze) Inni uczestnicy dostali np pokój zagrzybiony. Jeszcze inni z widokiem na parking ,śmietnik i strefę dostaw -poranne budzenie dostawami do kuchni przed 7mą rano (w ciemnościach) Obsługa dość miłą ale mało sprawcza. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre na "5" .

Ascend to the Pico del Chache, the highest peak of Lanzarote, from where there is a beautiful view of the La Corona volcano.
