Bardzo fajny basen podgrzewany z pelnym zakresem glebokosci - dla malych i duzych. Jedzenie okreslibym jako srednie, sniadania monotonne ale obiady i kolacje urozmaicone natomiast miesa czesto przesuszone a inne dania niedoprawione. Bardzo zle oceniam obsluge - w recepcji bardzo dlugo trzeba bylo czekac bo wieczne kolejki nawet aby zadac krotkie pytanie. Obsluga w 90% sprawiajaca wrazenie zirytowanej faktem ze musi mi w czyms pomoc. Animacje w ciagu dnia ok ale brakowalo czegos dla najmlodszych ktorzy nie mowia po angielsku - jakichs przedstawien albo koncertow. Wieczorne animacje bardzo kiepsko - te dla dzieci zaczynaly sie po 20tej co niektorym pasuje ale dla nas to bylo za pozno. Co do samego pokoju to bardzo przyjemny ale sciany z papieru wiec sasiadow slychac bylo bardzo glosno nawet jesli normalnie rozmawiali (a czasem przeciez byly glosne smiechy i klotnie slychac w nocy). Podsumowujac hotel dobry, spedzilismy bardzo mily tydzien ale bylo rowniez troche elementow ktore nas zawiodly. Na pewno jest to kwestia oczekiwan i wakacyjnych przyzwyczajen.

Bylismy na początku marca. Teren hotelu obejmował duży areał, baseny były duże o różnej głębokości. Jeden z nich podgrzewany. Animacji było dużo, świetne dla dzieci jak i dorosłych. Dla dzieci dodatkowe atrakcje, place zabaw w wodzie, minigolf. Dodatkowo strefa spa. Jedzenie dobre a przede wszystkim duży wybór. Pokój mieliśmy duży z widokiem na ocean i góry. Sprzątany codziennie. Plaża niedaleko hotelu śliczna, szeroka z jasnym piaskiem. Woda w oceanie ciepła. Obsługa bardzo miła, generalnie byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni jadąc tam z dziećmi.

Spożywanie posiłków w wyznaczonej części bądź innej restauracji tylko dla opasek premium to był strzał w 10- tkę , jedzenie urozmaicone , pokój codzienny sprzątany ,wakacje udane napewno chętnie wrócimy .

Jedzenia dobre i spory wybór aczkolwiek dla mnie zbyt mało świeżych warzyw. Aquapark dla najmłodszych super, starsi też nie powinni narzekać. Baseny spore, górny podgrzewany. Przy nich duża ilość leżaków i co mnie przeszkadzało to brak parasoli.

Hotel zrobił na mnie bardzo dobre wrażenie. Pokoje zasługują na najwyższą ocenę – przestronne, czyste. Jedzenie również na piątkę – różnorodne, świeże i bardzo smaczne. Niestety, w restauracji często panował bałagan, co trochę psuło ogólne wrażenie. Dużym atutem hotelu jest piękna, zadbana plaża oraz ogromna ilość zieleni, która tworzy przyjemny klimat do wypoczynku. Infrastruktura obiektu jest bardzo ciekawa. Snack bar przy basenie cieszył się ogromną popularnością wśród dzieci. Obsługa miła i chętna do pomocy. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie.

Hotel bardzo czysty ,obsługa dba o wszystko jak należy i jest bardzo pomocna. Jedzenie pyszne i różnorodne,duzy wybór mies i sałatek . A dla miłośników słodkości jest w czym przebierać;) basen podgrzewany z codziennymi zabawami i muzyką dla gości oraz aquapark dla dzieci także z podgrzewana woda ze zjeżdżalniami . Do plaży ok 800 m i dość duża Górka aby tam dojść, ale można przejść przez bliznaczy hotel i droga jest bardzo przyjemna .

Niestety mieszane uczucia. Z jednej strony, hotel czysty, jedzenia pod dostatkiem, pieczywo wypiekane na miejscu, ekspresy do kawy na ziarna, woda pitna dostępna przez cały dzień w postaci nalewaków jak i butelek, hotel pomimo że na górce to fajnie usytuowany dość blisko do plaży czy nawet do Morro Jable, dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy, na ulicy przed hotelem wiele miejsc parkingowych, pokoje duże. Mini disco dla dzieci - super ! Z drugiej stony pokoje zdecydowanie wymagają odświeżenia tzn drzwi czy meble nie wyglądają dość estetycznie, rozwarstwiają się, w łazience urwane uchwyty, prysznic - woda leci ale deszczownica swojej funkcji już nie spełnia, drzwi balkonowe się nie zamykały (urwany zamek) fakt, że po zgłoszeniu serwisant szybko to naprawił czy raczej poprawił. Nie wszystkie światła działały, nie które kontakty nie kontaktowały. Z wentylacji/klimatyzacji czasem wieczorem było czuć papierosy... Mieliśmy takie wrażenie, że coś naprawiali dopiero jak goście to zgłosili. Widok na ocean to bujda, tzn coś tam widać ale jest to zasłonięte jeszcze jednym "siostrzanym" hotelem. Część balkonów nie dyskretna, stojąc na jednym wszystko widać co jest w drugim pokoju. Jedzenie niestety bardzo tłuste w większości smażone na dużej ilości oleju, nie trzymające poziom, coś co 1 dnia było smaczne, drugiego już smaku nie miało. Do wszystkiego dodawany cukier, nawet jogurt naturalny - słodzony. O basenach ciężko coś napisać, 1 był w remoncie (tak byliśmy tego świadomi kupując wycieczkę, i remont nie był uciążliwy), strefa zabaw wodnych dla dzieci fajna, basen ogólnodostępny podgrzewany, kolejny w strefie spa z wejściem od chyba 14lat. Plac zabaw fajny aczkolwiek też do remontu, nie trudno o drzazgi, a płytki na ziemi rozjechane, tzn spore szczeliny. Czy odpoczęliśmy ? Tak, Czy polecamy ? Raczej nie. Byliśmy już kilka razy na "Kanarach" i po hotelu 4gwiazdkowym spodziewaliśmy się czegoś więcej. Zaskoczeniem dla nas też było brak opiekuna itaki w autokarze z i na lotnisko, jedynie kierowca nie znający angielskiego. Opiekun miał dyżury w hotelu obok, u nas tylko segregator z godzinami wylotu. Przelot liniami smartwings bardzo sprawnie.

Hotel piękny, trochę już swoje lata ma ale jak dla mnie rewelacyjny i godny polecenia. Łazienki mogłyby juz być odnawiane, mnie osobiście przeszkadzał prysznic wylewający się na cała łazienkę i podrdzewiala wanna. Obawiałam się bardzo jedzenia, gdyż czytałam wiele negatywnych opinii w internecie - zaufałam jednak panu z biura. I to była bardzo dobra decyzja. Zdecydowanie nie ma się czego obawiać. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, różnorodne, najlepsze były śniadania - z pewnością każdy wybierze coś dla siebie. Jedyny minus to taki, ze niektóre potrawy były chłodne a nawet zimne. Animacje w hotelu rewelacyjne - bardzo mili ludzie. Dla rodzin z dziećmi rewelacja - moja córka - 4 latka - zachwycona. Generalnie pobyt oceniam na 5, odpoczęłam, jestem zadowolona i przyjechałabym jeszcze raz do tego hotelu.

bardzo dobry hotel, duży teren co powoduje, że nawet przy dużym obłożeniu nie włazi się ludziom na głowę. w trakcie naszego pobytu remontowany był jeden z basenów- to powodowało "zagęszczenie" wczasowiczów nad czynnym basenem (obleganym bo woda w nim jest podgrzewana). Bardzo smaczne, urozmaicone jedzenie, sprawna obsługa; dobrze rozwiązane sprzątanie i wymiana pościeli- kartkami na drzwiach i w pokoju sygnalizujesz czego oczekujesz. ładna plaża z uroczymi wiewiórkami po drodze:). Droga w dół ale to jest w opisie oferty więc bez niespodzianek...plażą można wędrować bardzo długo bez przeszkód. do Morro Jable ulicą idzie się 20 minut a plażą ok godziny. pokoje ładne, materace bardzo wygodne, duże szafy, umeblowanie nie zniszczone;) bary zaopatrzone dobrze, w kilku miejscach na terenie więc odchudzanie nie wchodzi w grę- żeby nie wiem jak kombinować zawsze się wlezie na jakieś jedzenie;)Ogólnie- nie ma się do czego przyczepić, hotel godny polecenia

Lanzarote island — visit to the region of La Geria, the landscape of which consists of torpid lava and volcanic ash. Transfer to the north of the island to Jameos del Agua - a cave adapted by a local artist, Cesar Manrique. Drive to the Valley of a Thousand Palms. Lunch break. Ascend to the Pico del Chache, the highest peak of Lanzarote, from where there is a beautiful view of the La Corona volcano. Drive along the west coast to the Timanfaya National Park - the Fire Mountains, the greatest attraction of the island. Observation of geothermal phenomena.
