Hotel dość spory położony na dużym terenie. Do dyspozycji gości są dwie restauracje jedna w budynku głównym a druga tuż przy plaży z pięknym widokiem na ocean. Jedzenie w porządku, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Ogromnym plusem hotelu jest podział na strefy: są dwa baseny dla dzieci/ rodzin z dziećmi. Jeden duży ogólnodostępny i strefa 18+ więc nikt nikomu nie przeszkadza. Ale powód dla którego warto wybrać ten hotel to plaża, jest cudowna woda turkusowa i łagodne zejście do morza. I jest tuż przy hotelu ( wychodzi się obok restauracji i schodzi lekko w dół) leżaki 15€ za komplet. Hotel dodatkowo posiada salon gier, bar z dostępem do sieci tv ( zorganizowano też strefy kibica na ME). Jedyne do czego mogłabym się przyczepić to rzeczywiście obsługa nie działa tak jakbyśmy mogli to sobie wyobrażać w 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu. Tam nikt się nie spieszy wszyscy mają czas. Ale taka jest już mentalność Kanaryjczykow więc mnie to nie przeszkadzało, poza tym nie ma co się denerwować na wakacjach polecam wypożyczyć auto i zwiedzić wyspę ( w hotelu jest Pan od Plus Car wypożyczalni samochodów)

Byliśmy już trzeci raz w tym hotelu. Jak zawsze jesteśmy zadowoleni, hotel jest czysty leży bezpośrednio przy szerokiej, piaszczyste plaży. Najbardziej podoba nam się podgrzewany basen w strefie,, esencja,, oraz cała infrastruktura tej strefy, wszystko jest na miejscu. Jedzenie bardzo dobre i różnorodne, zawsze można coś znaleźć w swoim guście kulinarnym. Pokoje są sprzątane codziennie bardzo dokładnie, nigdy nie ma problemu z ręcznikami lub papierem toaletowym.

Сам готель повністю відповідає своєму класу: просторі номери, велика територія, смачна їжа, обслуговування та океан з піщаним пляжем дуже гарний. Гарна анімація для дітей, дитяча кімната, 2 дитячий басейни (без підігріву). Але щодо їжи дитячої - її не було зовсім, треба було обирати серед дорослої те, що можна дати 4 річній дитині.

Hotel godny polecenia, wyżywienie i oferta allinclusive nie odbiega wcale od tureckich standardów, hotel wymaga odświeżenia ale było czysto, plaża była czysta, blisko hotelu lecz leżaki płatne chyba 15 euro za dzień. Animacje rzadko były, a jeśli były to te same, większość animatorów zobaczyłem dopiero w momencie kiedy jedli obok mnie kolację.

Pokoje ładne przestronne czyste codziennie sprzątane. Jeden minus to rozmagnesowywanie się kart do zamków pokojowych przy zbliżeniu do telefonu ,lecz nie ma problemu z wymianom w recepcji. Jedzenie bardzo dobre , każdy bez problemu znajdzie coś dla siebie.Codziennie organizowane wieczory dla dorosłych i animacje dla dzieci. Serdecznie polecam.

Byliśmy od 13do 20 maja w tym hotelu. Jedzenie ogromny wybór, drinki to samo, wszystko bardzo smaczne. Nie ma kolejek, nie ma walki o lezaki. Bardzo duży hotel. Codziennie sprzatanie pokoju. Hotel Blisko oceanu. Polecam na zakupy pamiątek pojechać do Morre Jable ponieważ różnica cenowo choćby na magnesach ogromna niż w hotelu. Wszystko super, polecam bardzo!! Chętnie byśmy tam wrócili.

Obsługa hotelowa nie sprząta.. codziennie przy posiłkach walka o stolik.. dodam że brudny.. obsługa nie reaguje nawet po tym jak indywidualnie prosiliśmy zeby przygotowali stolik.. samemu trzeba przynieść sobie sztucce. Poza tym al inclusive to jakiś żart - nie ma wody w butelkach tylko trzeba sobie kupić butelki i nalewać wodę z dozowników. Naleśniki i gofry dodatkowo płatne. Kawa i szampan płatne. W barze drinki płatne.. a bezpłatne drinki nie robione tylko nalewane z 5 litrowych baniaków plastikowych. Lodówka pusta. Na kolacji brak gorących napojów . Animatorzy nic nie robią.. zero zainteresowania gośćmi. Animacje wieczorne nic się nie dzieje. Drugi raz tam nie pojadę i nikomu nie polecam .

Hotel położony na północnej stronie wyspy, zadbany, pokoje odnowione codzienni sprzątane, bezpłatny sejf w pokojach. Woda w basenach czysta sprzątana codziennie, w basenie podgrzewanym (basen dla dzieci z statkiem i obok) woda ciepła. pozostałe baseny nie ogrzewane woda stopniowo podgrzewała się od 17 maja temperatura wody podnosiła się stopniowo codziennie dało się popływać i spędzić w basenie więcej jak 30 minut. Obsługa gości, no niestety tu już objawia się mentalność Kanaryjczyków raczej nie śpieszą się co powoduje kolejki w barach (choć na pocieszenie kolejki są dla wszystkich bez wyjątku) niemniej jednak tu menadżerowie hotelu powinni się podszkolić (ale można się przyzwyczaić), posiłki - czytałem przed wyjazdem, opinie że czeka się na stolik - otóż tak jest jeśli będziecie czekać aż kelner go dla was nakryje, jeśli natomiast pofatygujecie się po serwetkę sztućce to łatwo można zaleźć stolik i szybko przygotować dla własnej rodziny to oczywiście wersja dla mniej wymagających (my byliśmy we trójkę i nigdy nie czekaliśmy na stolik - pobyt od 13 do 20 maja). Drinki lokalne bezpłatnie trzeba zamawiać w barach, kelner nie przynosi ich do stolika, ewentualnie sprzątane są puste kieliszki i szklanki. Woda do picia (gazowana, niegazowana schłodzona) bezpłatnie w każdym barze obowiązuje samoobsługa do butelek które dostajemy w pokoju. Ręczniki plażowe wymiana 2x na pobyt. Wyżywienie, bardzo urozmaicone. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie córka 12 lat nie narzekała. Obok hotelu znajduje się supermarket można wyskoczyć na zakupy. Do pobliskiego miasteczka taxi kosztuje około 12 euro.
