Pokoje czyste,na stołówce też, na zewnątrz już niekoniecznie.Teren przyjemnie zacieniony palmami z których, niestety, sypią się liście. Kilka basenów do wyboru ale nie wszędzie czysto. Jedzenie smaczne, sporo do wyboru, obsługa sympatyczna i uśmiechnięta. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, do plaży 10 min., promenada wzdłuż plaży i deptak handlowy oraz mnóstwo restauracji.Jeżeli ktoś nie ma wygórowanych wymagań co do standardu super czystości na zewnątrz to ze względu na położenie gorąco polecam.

Położony na bardzo stromym stoku - nie do przyjęcia dla osób z problemami z kręgosłupem. Nie uprzedzono, że pokój będzie nie w hotelu, a w 'apartamencie' w połowie stromej góry. Restauracja na dole nieczynna, koniecznośc wspinania się do restauracji na górze. Kolejka głównie nie jeździ, a już na pewno nie na plażę, co występuje we wszystkich reklamach. Piękna roślinność i zadbanie - b. czysto wszędzie. Jedzenie czasami na poziomie polskiej 'budy' przy drodze. Koszmar 'depozytów' w gotówce za wszystko, kartą płacić nie można prawie nigdzie, a bankomaty rzadkie jak brylanty. Przylot i dostępność pokoju b. męcząca - nikt nie uptrzedził o kilkugodzinnym oczekiwaniu na poczatek doby hotelowej. Praca rezydenta ofiarna i kompetentna (P.Tomek), a przewodnika wycieczki po wyspie (P. Przemek) wręcz rewelacyjna: opieka i organizacja, zasób wiadomości i 'gadane' przez cały dzień! Nabyłam 'nowych doświadczeń' (też cenne), ale nie wypoczęłam.

Mieszkalismy w części Aparthotel Stella Jandia. Cały kompleks Stella Canaris jest bardzo duży i bardzo ładny, położony blisko plaży a równocześnie w samym centrum sklepów, barów. Przy plaży obok placu zabaw przylatują paugi, które karmi się z ręki. Są też małe zwierzątka , podobne do wiewiórek, które przybiegają po jedzenie. Plaże są bardzo szerokie a na nich dużo nudystów. Byliśmy z 11-letnim dzieckiem i dostaliśmy apartament 3-pokojowy z balkonem(2 sypialnie,łazienka,salonik z telewizorem, lodówką i kuchenką mikrofalową)Panie sprzątały codziennie, raz lepiej, raz gorzej. Jedzenie jak na hotel 3 gwiazdkowy było bardzo dobre, tylko wiecznie poszukiwało się sztuccy i często jadało na brudnym obrusie, no ale to 3 a nie 4 czy 5 gwiazdek. Najgorsze były animacje,gdyby nie to że obok hotelu jest wiele rozrywek to przyszło by się zanudzic.Ogólnie cały hotel na plus.

Sam ośrodek jest pięknie położony i ma duży potencjał, niestety jest zaniedbany i fatalnie zarządzany. Obsługa jest leniwa i wrogo nastawiona. Jak się nie sprząta to panuje brud i rozplenia się robactwo (karaluchy, mrówki). Nie uzupełniane braki zaopatrzenia na stołówce przy całkowicie biernej postawie personelu. Organizacja jednej, słabo zaoptrzonej stołówki w tak dużym ośrodku (i jednocześnie likwidacja pozostałych stołówek) jest marnym pomysłem. W sumie nie będę tego hotelu polecał znajomym. Kuriozalny jest fakt braku jakiegokolwiek polskojęzycznego kanału TV przy tak dużej liczbie turystów Polski. Czyżby było nas mniej od Holendrów, czy mamy może od nich mniej do powiedzenia? (kanał holenderski oczywiście był). Co do Itaki: nie wiem czy będę z waszych usług korzystał w przyszłości z jednej prostej przyczyny: jak mam z Gdyni jechać 8 godzin do Warszawy + dojazd na lotnisko itd. (a czeka mnie taki sam powrót) to wszystkiego się odechciewa, to zaczyna być po prostu zbyt męczące. Dlaczego nie ma żadnych wylotów Gdańska? Podkreślam, że żadnych innych pretensji to Itaki nie mam, wręcz przedciwnie, uważam, że wyjazd był dobrze zorganizowany i dostrzegam znaczącą poprawę jakości, zwłaszcza w pracy rezydentów (w por. do roku 2007)

Gran Tour Fuerteventura — a visit to the town of Betancuria, the first capital of the island: visiting the Church of Santa Maria, a presentation of aloe vera products - the most popular products of the island. Fine goat cheese tasting, lunch at a restaurant. Then drive to El Cotillo - a small fishing village on the west side of the island, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean and small beaches in the bays. Departure: approx. 9.00, return: approx. 19.00. Price - approx. 50 EUR (includes lunch).

Lanzarote island — visit to the region of La Geria, the landscape of which consists of torpid lava and volcanic ash. Transfer to the north of the island to Jameos del Agua - a cave adapted by a local artist, Cesar Manrique. Drive to the Valley of a Thousand Palms. Lunch break. Ascend to the Pico del Chache, the highest peak of Lanzarote, from where there is a beautiful view of the La Corona volcano. Drive along the west coast to the Timanfaya National Park - the Fire Mountains, the greatest attraction of the island. Observation of geothermal phenomena. Then, a drive via Ruta de los Volcanes - a route between solidified lava. Price - approx. 85 EUR (includes lunch).
