Hotel i pokoje są zadbane. Każdego dnia obsługa pracująca w dziale utrzymania czystości, dbała o higienę i estetykę każdego zakamarka kompleksu hotelu - ręczniki wymieniane każdego dnia, codzienne odkurzanie i mycie podłóg w kluczowych miejscach hotelu czy sprzątanych na bieżąco stolikach. Bardzo dobrym udogodnieniem był fakt iż hotel posiada wydzielony kawałek plaży z własnymi leżakami i jest usytuowana zaraz obok budka z przekąskami i napojami. Plaża sama w sobie jest piaszczysta z łagodnym zejściem do morza. Plaża jest w odległości zaledwie 3 minut spacerem od hotelu. W kompleksie hotelowym znajdują się 3 odrębne budynki, oznaczone literami A B C. Każdy z budynków stanowi samodzielną część z własną kuchnią tematyczną. Każdego dnia na obiad, goście mieli do wyboru potrawy serwowane z kuchni Bułgarskiej, Hiszpańskiej oraz Włoskiej. Zakres serwowanych dań obejmuję zarówno standardowe potrawy (takie jak frytki, nuggetsy, mięsa w sosach) jak i potrawy charakterystyczne dla kuchni tematycznej (owoce morza przyrządzone na różne sposoby, lasagne, czy paella). Owoce i warzywa zawsze były soczyste oraz chrupiące. Różnorodność ciast i deserów, była zaskakująco duża i nie sposób było ich spróbować wszystkich.

Plaża ok 250m od hotelu z leżakami, aczkowiek w tylnej części- z przodu leżaki płatne. Największe plusy to doskonałe jedzenie w 3 restaucjach tematycznych, obsługa dość miła. Hotel czysty i nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Jedynie w przebieralniach przy basenie wyglądało to średnio. Za to plus, że tak owe są. Wyżywienie dość urozmaicone, dla dorosłych na pewno jest co wybrać. Dla dzieci trochę mało dań z kurczaka, a te które były niestety zdarzały się dość suchawe. Nie ma tragedii jeśli dzieci lubią kuchnię bardziej wyszukaną niż nuggetsy i skrzydełka z kurczaka. Baseny super, szczególnie główny 1m w sam raz jak ktoś jedzie z dzieciakami. Czystość basenów też na wysokim poziomie. Plaża niedaleko hotelu szeroka i piasczysta, generalnie wielki plus. Lokalizacyjnie też super. Bliskość centrum bynajmniej nie przeszkadzała jakoś bardzo pod kątem hałasu.

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Jest ogromny, duża liczba gości hotelowych nie powoduje żadnych utrudnień czy ograniczeń. Hotel jest świetnie zorganizowany posiada kilka restauracji: restauracje indyjską, chińską, włoską. Baseny o różnych głębokościach dla każdego dziecka od 0,5 m. Duża liczba leżaków basenowych, bezpłatne leżaki na pobliskiej plaży. Nasz pokoj hotelowy był bardzo duży i komfortowy z balkonem i suszarka. Klimatyzacja działała również bez zarzutów. Szczerze polecam szczególnie dla rodzin z dziećmi.

Świetni animatorzy, żywo zachęcających wszystkich do wspólnych aktywności. Teren na plaży czysty, pilnowany przed dostępem osób postronnych. Beach bar dla gości także wysoki poziom.

Hotel bardzo duży, 4 budynki, masa ludzi. Mimo to dobra organizacja - bez kolejek w restauracjach. Jest ich kilka do wyboru. Obiekt zadbany, klima przyjemnie chłodzi, obsługa pomocna. Mankamentem jest basen dla dzieci - zbyt mały na taki tłum, 8 rzędów leżaków... Może poza wakacjami jest lepiej? . Dlatego polecam piękną plażę, dosłownie 3 minuty spaceru. Bez problemu można znaleźć dostępny leżak hotelowy. Obok plaża publiczna, bez tłoku, można po wylegiwać się na piasku. Morze fantastyczne - ciepłe, czyste, z łagodnym wejściem. Hotelowy bar przy plaży, czyste toalety. Dla wycieczkowiczów blisko położony Nessebar, przeurocze miasteczko, bardzo klimatyczne, z fajnymi knajpkami, winiarniami.
