Obsluługa pomocna chociaż bardzo duża ilośc personelu to pracownicy sezonowi z innych krajów bez znajomosci angielskiego, wykonujacy swoją pracę jak roboty bez zaangazowania i usmiechu nie egzekwujac ustalonych przez hotel zasad. Stali pracownicy recepcji i zespół animtorow zarowno dla doroslych jak i dzieci bardzo przyjazni i kompetentni. Duze pozdrowienia dla Pani Dominiki z klubu przyjaciol Itaka za animacje po polsku. Minus to wszechobecne mewy na terenie hotelu potrafiace zrobić nalot na niepilnowane jedzenie oraz zostawić niespodzianki na recznikach. Jedzenie smaczne, jednak monotonne. Jedyne urozmaicenia na kolavcję i też bez szalu. Brak rowniez ogolnodostepnego zimnego bufetu w godzinach nocnych. Dużo aktywności zarowno dla dzieci jak i doroslych. Mozna spedzic tydzień bez wychodzenia z hotelu. Pokoj wygodny i czysty, przeciek spod wanny szybko usuniety od razu po zgloszeniu w recepcji.

Pokój bardzo duży (ok 3x10m) z wielkim balkonem (na szerokość pokoju). My mieliśmy balkon z łukiem (ok 30% pokoi ma taki), który robił mega klimat. W pokoju brak czajnika, ale na każdym korytarzu są automaty z wodą i kawą. Łazienka nie za wielka, za to z kosmetykami Ritualsa (chyba Karma, szampon, żel, mydło itd.). Klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze a pokojówki co dzień sprzątały jeśli potrzeba. Niestety mało osób mówi po angielsku z obsługi, ale zawsze da się dogadać. Recepcja miała być przygotowana na nasz przyjazd w nocy (wieczorny lot z opóźnieniem spowodował dotarcie do hotelu ok 3:00 w nocy), lecz bardzo słabo sobie radziła przez to ok 1h czekaliśmy na wydanie pokoju (z małym dzieckiem < 2 lat). Łóżeczko dziecięce było w pokoju bez przypominania. Fajnym rozwiązaniem jest opaska z "chipem" do pokoju, więc nie trzeba pamiętać o karcie. Wiele basenów i atrakcji na terenie hotelu. Leżaków wystarczy dla każdego :) za to na plaży leżaki jakieś 30m od brzegu, więc trochę daleko (za to darmowe). Ogólnie polecam hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi (a najlepiej z dziadkami do opieki;) )

Po środku baseny ze schodkami , nie ma drabinek więc wejścia do wody nie sprawią kłopotu starszym osobom. Po środku snack bar i bar w opcji all inclusive. W barach ALL dostępna także oryginalna coca cola, fanta itp. Lody 10-18. Wszystkie posiłki urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, mleka 4 rodzaje, ciasta , owoce. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. My mieliśmy dla rodziny 2+1 na 8 piętrze apartament ze schodami do góry, korytarzem, dwiema łazienkami , dwoma pokojami i dużym balkonem na ulicę. Opaski All Inclusive są jednocześnie kartami do pokoju i kartami do bramek aby wejść na teren hotelu . Wyjście na plaże z przodu hotelu drewnianym mostkiem i w lewo. Około 200m. Jest ścieżka z prywatnym wejściem na plażę, gdzie parasole i leżaki w cenie. Bar przy plaży 10:00-16:30 ( piwo, napoje, woda, lody oraz na ciepło panini z serem lib serem i szynką, można poprosić o warzywa lub dodatkowy ser ) Bardzo polecam ten hotel.

Jest to bardzo duży obiekt złożony z kilku budynków i basenów. Jeśli komuś nie przeszkadzają spore odległości, które trzeba pokonywać w samym obiekcie, to będzie to świetny wybór.

Wakacje spędziliśmy w terminie 02.06-07.06 2024 (2+2) biuro podróży Itaka jak zwykle super wszystko terminowe zgodnie z opisem. Hotel Melia Sunny Beach bardzo dobry, jedzenie pyszne, 3 baseny, 3 zjeżdżalnie wodne, sprzątanie codziennie, drinki z markowych alkoholi, obsługa bardzo pomocna i miła. Na minus tylko animacje, trochę mało ich było oraz pokoje czyste ale wymagające odnowienia(my akurat mieszkaliśmy w najstarszym budynku). Warto odwiedzić Bułgarię oraz ten hotel najlepiej z BP Itaka.
