Super wakacje, hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Kuchnia wyśmienita, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Plaża bardzo blisko i fakt darmowych leżaków, które zawsze czekały na nas. Rezydent pomocny i dostępny w każdym momencie. Jedyny minus to goście z Wielkiej Brytanii, którzy są mało kulturalni i lubią zwrócić na siebie uwagę.

Pięknie położony wśród zieleni i ciekawej architektury parkowej, bardzo bardzo dobra obsługa hotelowa, dobra komunikatywność pracowników recepcji, obfite i pełne różnorodności jedzenie i napoje, świetna hotelowa plaża z darmowymi parasolami,leżakami i ręcznikami (możliwość codziennej wymiany), dobrym pomysłem jest stworzenie kilku stref wokół hotelu ( wokół basenu, zaciszna strefa w pobliżu basenu, strefa dla dzieci PINOKIO ). Udany pobyt w świetnym hotelu położonym przy promenadzie Słonecznego Brzegu, hotelowa plaża, wspaniałe i urozmaicone jedzenie i bardzo dobra obsługa hotelowa to zalety tego miejsca. Hotel świetny! Bardzo ważne to prywatna plaża, na której o dziwo nie było 'wojny ręcznikowej'. Jedyny mankament (ale naprawdę nie aż tak istotny) to to, że na plaży nie było baru hotelowego. Hotel ogólnie bardzo czysty, ale o sprzątanie w pokojach musieliśmy się upomnieć - panie sprzątające brały napiwki, które zostawialiśmy na talerzyku na stoliku i po prostu wychodziły. Należało to zgłosić w recepcji, ale nie byliśmy jedynymi. Reakcja była natychmiastowa:). Była to trochę podróż sentymentalna, ponieważ po 30 latach wróciliśmy dokładnie w te same okolice ( oczywiście już dzisiaj nie do poznania ). 30 lat temu była to wyprawa samochodem bez klimatyzacji. Upał niesamowity, postój na granicy w Medyce to skromne 23 godziny. Podróż wtedy do Vlasu (dzisiaj Sveti Vlas - kurort) trwała 3 dni. Więc postanowiliśmy odwiedzić te same miejsca. A tu nasz pan rezydent: nie miał pojęcia jak wygląda organizacja wyprawy do Sozopolu i po rzece Ropotamo| gdzie odbywają się wieczorki bułgarskie. Bardzo zależało nam na Hanskiej Shatrze bo tam też byliśmy 30 lat temu - i pan rezydent potwierdził, że tam pojedziemy, bo tylko ok. 10 km od naszego hotelu (widzieliśmy ją z plaży). Tymczasem 'dokoptował' nas do jakiejś składanki towarzyskiej i pojechaliśmy do oddalonej od hotelu ok. 40 km karczmy - bardzo urokliwej i wieczorek był udany. Jednak brak kompetencji trochę nas zaskoczył, bo podróżujemy z Itaką i zawsze rezydenci byli wspaniali. Może pan Sławomir dopiero stawia pierwsze kroki jako rezydent? Wakacje udane i planujemy następne z Itaką tym razem na Rodos.

Dziekujemy a nastepny rok pojedziemy do Grecji oczywiscie z Itaka. Jestesmy z Czech z Ostravy ale jezdimy na wakacje z Itaka i dalej tak bedzie. Dekujemy.

Od 7:30 do 21:30 wydawane posilki w roznych barach. Napoje alkoholowe nie tylko regionalne. Napoje bezalkoholowe dostepne przez cala dobe. Posciel i reczniku zmieniane codziennie. Silownia bezplatna, SPA platne. Obiekt zadbany, czysty. Drobny minus to brak animacji w jezyku polskim.

Niestety animacja bardzo słaba i wieczorna rozrywka zbyt szybko się kończy. Wybawieniem jest promenada obok hotelu gdzie można było się zabawić.Największym niedociągnięciem są leżaki przy plaży, jakby nie należały do tego 5 gwiazdkowego hotelu- koszmar. Wakacje wspaniałe ,wiele wrażeń i wspomnień.

Hotel piękny, cudownie położony, przede wszystkim bardzo czysty i zadbany. Obsługa miła i uśmiechnięta za każdym razem. Hotel bardziej dla ludzi starszych szukających ciszy i wytchnienia niż dla ludzi młodych, z zamiarem szalonej zabawy do rana, na terenie hotelu. Animacje nie przyciągały zbyt wielu osób i kończyły się o 23. Po tej godzinie można przejść się promenadą koło hotelu, która ciągnęła się wzdłuż morza. Przemiła pani rezydent - Izabela . Uśmiechnięta, zawsze pomocna i widać, ze lubi to co robi. Posiada ogromną wiedzę, którą przedstawia w ciekawy sposób.

Wspaniale miejsce, również dla rodzin z dziecmi, jedzenie dobre choc nie zaskakuje, bardzo czysto niezależnie czy zostawiasz napiwek czy nie, jedyny minus to brak informacji po polsku i brak możliwości porozumienia się w języku polskim z recepcja. Telewizji polskiej również brak. Poza tym wszystko bardzo dobrze, polecam.
