Bardzo dobry hotel położony w ładnym ogrodzie 100m od plaży. Wysoki standard obsługi i ładne pokoje ,szczególnie łazienka. Ładna okolica i piaszczysta plaża. Przy hotelu promenada ze straganami . Jedyny minus to to ,że przy większej liczbie gości obsługa nie wyrabia się z posiłkami i tworzą się kolejki.

Hotel sam w sobie ok. Położenie również. Minusem jest jednak brak informacji w ofercie iż Złote Piaski to Górki dołki niczym Krynica Morska. Chodzi o świadome podjęcie decyzji. Niestety hotel nie sprostał mojej diecie. Tak naprawdę musiałam codziennie prosić o ryż. Nie było produktów bez laktozy. Dopiero pod koniec pobytu pojawił się ser bez laktozy. Ale tylko na obiad. A na dodatek ostatniego dnia pobytu zniknęła kuchenka mikrofalowa i po prostu jej nie było. Minusem jest również możliwość palenia papierosów na plaży przy leżakach.

Jest pizza i pannini i haburgeru na basennie i na plaży tylko panini. Dużo drinków i kelnerzy naprawdę sympatyczni i kontaktowi. Jedzenie w sumie dobre, w stylu europejskim. 3/4 z tego co jest było smaczne. Dla mnie osobiście desery w większości były za slodkie, ale nawet polski sernik dla mnie jest za słodki. Kwestia gustu. Hotel bardzo dobrze położony, ładne, zadbane otoczenie, ciesząca oko zieleń. Blisko plaży i promenady. Piękny widok na morze z hotelu. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo pomocna, Panie recepcjonistki zawsze uśmiechnięte i gotowe do pomocy (załatwienie nakładki na toaletę dla dziecka, dodatkowych ręczników w kilka minut). Pokoje sprzątane na życzenie, wszystko uzupełniane na bieżąco. Podobnie w restauracji - stoliki sprzątane i przygotowywane na bieżąco. Jestem pełna podziwu dla pracy obsługi hptelowej, która uwija się jak w ukropie praktycznie przez cały czas.

Co se týká hotelu, pokoje hezké, čisté, ale jídlo tedy nic moc. Těšili jsme se na místní pokrmy. Především různé druhy ryb , k dispozici ale byly pořád jen hranolky a klasicka jídla hlavně smažená. O čerstvost se nejednalo. Pláž hezká, ale v all inusive bych čekala nějaký bar na pláži, což nebyl.

Hotel i cały kompleks robi bardzo dobre wrażenie. Przestrzeń, wnętrza, pokoje na bardzo wysokim standardzie. Sprzątanie codziennie, wymiana ręczników itp. Na zewnątrz schludnie, komfortowo i przyjemnie dla odpoczywających. Personel pomocny, uczynny. Na plaży dużo miejsc do leżakowania, leżaków zadaszonych parasolami. Hotel mimo wielkości działa zadziwiająco sprawnie, stoliki w restauracji po każdym z gości na nowo czysto nakryte , ogromny wybór dań od śniadania do kolacji + bary na zewnątrz . Na piaszczystej plaży należącej do hotelu leżaki ,materace i parasol w cenie wyjazdu. Miła promenada wzdłuż morza z licznymi stoiskami oferującymi mnóstwo potrzebnych i niepotrzebnych rzeczy. No i polecamy tzw Fish Spa!

Hotel ogromny i na dobrym poziomie. Ogólnie nie odczuwa się zbyt dużego tłoku, no może trochę na stołówce w szczytowych godzinach, ale stolik zawsze można było znaleźć, podobnie jak leżaki na plaży. Stoliki na stołówce natychmiast sprzątane z wymianą obrusu. Jedzenie ogólnie niezłe z wyjątkiem steków wieprzowych, których twardość była irytująca . Obsługa świetna, bardzo uprzejma i życzliwa. Nie podobało mi się : bardzo zimna woda w basenie, gradacja na lepszych i gorszych klientów poprzez usługę "level", bar na plaży znacznie odstawał od poziomu hotelu. Dodam jeszcze, że wysokość dopłaty 900 zł za pokój z widokiem na morze trochę przesadna, tym bardziej, że dzień po wykupieniu przeze mnie oferty dopłata zniknęła, a pokój jeszcze staniał o 200 zł. Ogólnie było ok, chętnie tam wrócimy.

Udane wakacje! Hotel jest bardzo przyjemny i schudny, obsługa bardzo miła. Pokoje czyste i często sprzątane (wymiana ręczników i pościeli), jedyna uwaga to prysznice mogły by być lepiej doczyszczone. Pokoje duże i przestronne, bardzo wygodne. Jedzenie świeże i smaczne, codziennie duży wybór, nie można się znudzić. Ważne, że wybredny maluch też zawsze znajdzie coś do zjedzenia ( jest pizza, frytki, warzywa, duży wybór owoców). W popularnych godzinach bardzo dużo ludzi na stołówce, czasem trzeb abyło czekać na wolny stolik lub stać w kolejce po danie, ale nie było to jakoś bardzo uciążliwe. Drinki pyszne! Najmniej nam smakowały lody. W hotelu mnóstwo atrakcji, ciężko skorzystać wszystkiego podczas tygodniowego pobytu. Baseny zewnętrzne (tu, uwaga, dość zimna woda), super basen wewnętrzny. Świetne zjeżdzalnie i dwa place zabaw. Dodatkowo super animacje dla dorsłych (joga, aquaaerobic, strzelanie, koncerty, itp.) oraz mini klub dla dzieci z zabawkami oraz plastycznymi atrakcjami. Do plaży blisko, trzeba zejść w dół "prywatnym" zejściem, przejść przez promenadę i już jest plaża z darmowymi leżakami dla gości. Małe dzieci bez probelmu dadzą radę. Z wózkiem również nie powinno być problemów. Plaża piękna, piaszczysta i mozną znaleźć śliczne muszelki. Jedyny minus plaży, to jest ona dość mała jak na tak wielki obiekt i czasem trudno znaleźć wolny leżak (opisuję wakacje we wrześniu, po sezonie). Także jak ktoś nie lubi tłumów, to lepiej unikać tego hotelu. Do nbaru przy plaży zawsze długa kolejka, czasem lepiej był wybrać się na "górę" do hotelu, żeby długo nie czekać. Obsługa w barze przy plaży nieuprzejma (to jedyne miejsce, w hotelu obsługa na najwyższym poziomie). Czas dojazdu z lotniska to ok. 60min. Ogólne wrażenia bardzo dobre, polecam!

Byłem w tym hotelu 10 lat, miał wtedy 4,5* a teraz ma 5*. Wyraźnie lepiej oceniam poprzedni wyjazd. Hotel zastarzała się. Co prawda w tej chwili ma park linowy, zjeżdżalnie i własną plażę czego wcześniej nie było. Wyżywienie było zdecydowanie słabsze ale oczywiście w 100% procentach wystarczające. Mankamentami są drobne sprawy typu: urwane kółko od fotela, nie zamykające się drzwi wejściowe (dopiero po kilku próbach) . Ja nie mogę narzekać na czystość w pokoju (nami opiekowała się Polka) ale słyszałem opinie od innych że nie było najlepiej. Odniosłem wrażenie że jest już po sezonie i wszyscy traktują gości trochę na "odwal się". Oczywiście hotel polecam jak najbardziej.

Balchik - White City — afternoon trip to the town of Balchik called the White City due to the colour of the stone that was once used to erect houses. Visiting the Quiet Nest - the summer residence of the Romanian queen Mary and the botanical garden situated right next to it with 3 thousand species of plants, including 250 species of cacti. Drive and walk around the picturesque cape of Kaliakra, the monumental cliffs where there was an enormous fortress located at the farthest point. Kaliakra, in free translation "wonderful cape", once a great inspiration for artists, today is the most beautiful part of the Bulgarian coast. In the evening, a traditional, rich in wine and Rakia Bulgarian feast combined with a folklore programme and show of "Nestinarka dance” on burning coal. Ancient Nessebar — a trip to the historical Nessebar, scenically located on the peninsula, inscribed onto the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List. Nessebar, called the pearl of the Black Sea and the symbol of the Orthodox civilization, is the biggest attraction of the coast.
