Wyżywienie - masakra, jedyne co było zjadliwe to frytki, brak wg doprawienia i dobrego smaku potraw. Sałatki czy warzywa masakra. Nabawiłem się niestety ostrego zatrucia pokarmowego. Uważać na lód w drinkach czy wodę którą podają do obiadów. Obsługa - poniżej oczekiwań. Brak możliwości zamówienia do obiadu czy kolacji napoi bo po prostu nikt nie podchodzi a jak się już poprosi o napój to nie jest wg przynoszony Nie polecam hotelu nikomu.

Wygląd pokoju nieco odbiegał od 5 gwiazdek europejskich, jednak przestrzeń wspólna była bardzo dobrze zadbana i zagospodarowana. Hotel ogromny, każdy znajdzie w nim coś dla siebie. Jedzenie smaczne, urozmaicone. Na terenie znajduje się kilka barów z napojami i przekąskami pomiędzy posiłkami głównymi. Obsługa fantastyczna, wszyscy pomocni i uśmiechnieci. Widać ze kładziony jest bardo duży nacisk na obsługę klienta. W przyszłości na pewno wybralibyśmy drugi raz sieć hoteli Jazz. Miejsce idealne dla osób które chcą odpocząć na hotelowej płazy/ nad basenem. Dookoła hotelu nie ma niczego wartego uwagi, a wiec w grę wchodzą tylko wycieczki fakultatywne.

Jedzenie smaczne, zawsze mogliśmy wybrać coś dla siebie. Duzy plus za dwie restauracje codzienne - z dziećmi i bez, dla nas podróżujących jako bezdzietni świetnia opcja na posiłki w ciszy i spokoju. Czasami trzeba było długo czekać na napoje zimne podane do stolika ale kelnerzy mieli naprawdę dużo pracy. Największą wadą były animacje - moim zdaniem osoby pracujące na tych stanowiskach nie podchodziły do tego zajęcia z zaangażowaniem - miedzy animacjami zero kontaktu z gośćmi hotelowymi. Miejsca animacji na tablicy nie do końca sprecyzowane. czy to plaża, basen czy rozciąganie na trawie. Cała obsługa hotelowa bardzo pomocna i serdeczna. Plaża w porządku, czysta, leżaków wystarczająco dużo. Minusem jedynie trwający remont pomostu o czym nie było żadnej informacji a na pobliskie z innych hoteli nie można było wejść

Nie można narzekać na czystość czy obsługę hotelu. Pokoje są zadbane i regularnie sprzątane, choć mogłyby być większe. Jedzenie jest w porządku. Mankamentem jest jednak brak sieci Wi-Fi w pokojach oraz nieco zacinająca się sieć w ogólnodostępnych miejscach jak bar czy plaża. Poza tym minusem jest częsty brak lodu w barach. Poza tym nie mam zastrzeżeń.

Fantastyczny hotel czyściutko wszędzie. Klimatyzacja działa super w pokojach, restauracjach, logbby, nawet na plaży. Miejsca na leżakach nigdy nie brakowało ani na plaży ani na basenach.Piękne ogrody, nonstop pielęgnowane przez ogrodników, przycinane, podlewane. Cały teren hotelu czyściutki, baseny, pokoje restauracje, logbby, plaża. Pyszne jedzenie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie: owoce morza świerzutkie: kraby, krewetki, ryby. Wołowina mega pyszna podawana w różnych postaciach: grillowana, duszona, smażona jaką chcesz. Kurczak też podawany na różne sposoby. Przemiła obsługa: kelnerzy, boje hotelowi, ogrodnicy, pracownicy całego ośrodka zawsze chętni do pomocy. Nikt nie oczekuje za to napiwków. Nie są nachalni. Przy hotelu mole jest zamknięte ze względu na remont, ponoć ma być czynny od listopada, ale był dostępny pomost innego hotelu gdzie można było pójść i posnurkować. Obejżeć rafę koralową. Popływać w morzu, cudnej czyściutkiej wodzie. Polecam ten hotel z całego serca, warty odwiedzenia. Cena bardzo przystępna. Pogoda w lipcu super, wiatr od morza sprawiał że 41 stopni nie było odczuwalne. Na pewno wrócę tu jeszcze.

Sea Scope (boat with glass side walls) — 1-hour cruise by boat with a deck that is partly immersed under water and admiring the most beautiful coral reefs of the Red Sea without going into the water. Price - approx. 50 USD, children up to 12 years old - approx. 28 USD.
Mountain of Moses and St Catherine's monastery (22.00-14.00) — night trip (on foot, part of the road can be covered on camels - approx. 20 USD) to Mount Sinai - 2285 m a.s.l, where Moses received the tablets with the Ten Commandments from God. Welcoming a unique sunrise and climbing down the mountain hill to St. Catherine's monastery, which was erected in about 530 B.C. It belongs to the Greek Orthodox church and has valuable collections: Bizantine mosaics from the 6th century, a collection of icons of St John the Baptist and the Virgin Mary. Safari adventure — Nabq National Park (no Visa required only with us) - a Jeep expedition through the Sinai desert to two gorges - a wide and narrow one. Camel ride. Jeep ride to lunch in a Bedouin tent on the beach. Visiting a mangrove forest. Bathing in the Red Sea in the heart of the Nabq National Park. Price - approx. 55 USD, children up to 12 y.o. - approx. 35 USD.
City Tour — evening trip around Sharm El Sheikh. Sightseeing: mosque (from the outside), the Coptic church, free time for shopping in the Old Market - an Oriental district of Sharm El Sheikh in true Egyptian style. A visit to the Salt Grotto, a visit to Soho Square in Naama Bay - the most popular district of the city with numerous shisha restaurants, bazaars, discos. OWD diving course for beginners — in 3 or 4 days, under the supervision of a Polish instructor you can take an OWD diving course, with PADI certificate. For those who have a license also Advanced Water Course - approx. 300 USD, Scuba Diver - approx. 150 USD, night diving - approx. 35 USD. We cooperate with a diving centre that has 5* in PADI scale.
Dahab Safari — a wonderful expedition to the heart of Sinai. Quad ride through the desert and a visit to the Bedouin village, a short stop for photos. Then return to the main road. Short break in café. After rest, drive to the Blue Hole National Park and free time for snorkelling on the shore of the Blue Hole. Lunch in a restaurant.
